One of the best bike shops in Dresden. Johannes is very knowledgeable and always listens to his customers' needs. And most importantly: he gives honest advice. A real rarity in the often poor service of this industry. Simply top-notch, both personally and professionally.

Great shop! The owner himself is still at the counter here :) You get detailed advice that goes far beyond the technical. You immediately feel at ease and understood. This shop is run with heart. An absolute must if you're cycling in Dresden!

After my experience at FahrradXXL in Dresden, where they tried to advise customers with even less knowledge, I found the complete opposite to be true with Johannes Kube. The advice is first-class; he not only implements wishes exactly as requested, but also always has great ideas to make the bike even better. We received top-notch expert advice on our two e-bikes and can absolutely recommend RadOase and Johannes. It's especially customer-friendly that he's also reachable via WhatsApp and can therefore respond quickly to questions and problems.

Excellent service. I got an appointment very quickly. My gears were misaligned, and they even trued my rear wheel while they were at it. They have a deep understanding of their work. I even learned something new. The prices are excellent too. I can highly recommend this workshop! Thank you for the great service.

Completely satisfied. I brought my bike in and all the problems were quickly and thoroughly resolved by the next day. The owner was very friendly and competent. If I have any problems in the future, I know where to go. I'll gladly return.

Five stars – absolutely deserved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For us as a young brand, it was crucial that the bike was back in working order quickly – and that's exactly what happened here in record time. Everything was done within just a few hours: flat rear tire replaced, brake pads renewed, shocks checked, and fine-tuning done. And all of this was done fairly, transparently, and on equal terms, without the markup you often pay elsewhere (we're deliberately not mentioning any names). Anyone looking for independent craftsmanship and honest service won't be disappointed here. Thanks for the quick help – highly recommended! 💯

I brought my bike in because it was squeaking loudly when I braked – and in the end, both bikes in our little cycling family were fixed up. You not only feel well taken care of as a customer here, but also understood as a person. Everything was totally straightforward, the repair was much faster than expected – and the price was absolutely fair. If you want your bike to be treated with real care, this is the place to go. I brought my Rose Root Miller with a flat rear tire in – plus a few minor things like a shock check, etc. Everything was done the same day, in under four hours. What particularly struck me: No exorbitant prices, no fuss, just honest work. If you've just come from somewhere else where you'd have to pay almost €60 for a tube change, this is a relief. Top service, clearly communicated, friendly, and reliable – that's how it should be. Thank you for that!👍💯 Good luck in the future!🍀

I've been wanting to have my mountain bike fork serviced for a long time, but I didn't feel like sending it through the mail to some service center and waiting weeks for it to come back. I got an appointment here right away, and the bike arrived at my home in two days with a fully functioning fork. Since I use Formula suspension and brakes on my mountain bikes, I'm glad to have found someone who offers service beyond Shimano and the like. I'll probably bring one of my bikes in more often.

Small but excellent and helpful! During a bike ride in the area, I had an accident and my wheel went bent. Luckily, Johannes' shop wasn't far. He quickly straightened it and even did a few other minor repairs – completely spontaneously! A super nice guy, competent service, and on top of that, they serve delicious coffee. Highly recommended! ;)
