A fantastic shop. They don't give you any grief just because you have a specific problem or don't ride a standard bike. Bernd has already found a solution for my bike that other workshops said was impossible.

I lost a screw from my bicycle handlebars, and the other shops deliberately wanted to reassemble everything to charge me more. Here, I received transparent help within minutes, unlike in several other bike shops. Thank you!

A friend of mine wanted to buy a bicycle saddle and was treated by the owner like she was a small child. He immediately turned to me instead of answering her question himself. A complete waste of time! We just left. Just open an online shop if you can't be bothered to talk to people properly.

Great support, and almost everything is always there. So if you want to learn a bit and tinker around, you should try it out on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and you'll get help as soon as you get stuck.

In addition to repairs and lovingly refurbished used bikes, you can work on your bike here and receive professional assistance. Common spare parts are almost always available. Super fair prices, a relaxed atmosphere, and you can learn something new. You can "reserve" workstations for bike work, which is recommended if you want to be sure you'll get a job. Thanks, Radschlag, for your patience and help!

You might have to wait a little till someone comes by to help - it is after all a DIY repair shop! The guys are really nice, give you genuine advice and best of all you get to learn how to repair your own bike. Go with time and patience in hand.

Of course, you get your hands dirty, but afterwards you know how well the work was done. The two guys are incredibly friendly and surprisingly patient with laypeople. At other bike shops where you easily spend €600 or more, you often get the feeling that you're bothering the salespeople/mechanics with your questions, but not at Radschlag. My derailleur jumped and I had to get my bike repaired. They quickly found the problem and carried out a comprehensive repair at a really fair price; elsewhere I would have paid four times as much. Go there, folks, I highly recommend them.

Went with an old broken pedal (ball bearing worn out, maybe 30-50 years old), got a replacement matching the age of the bike for 2.5 €. Perfect!

Best bicycle repair shop & self-help workshop in Dresden,no question. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
