Excellent service, expert advice, and a very friendly and dedicated owner. I had my bicycle repaired here; the drivetrain needed replacing, and despite the parts no longer being available, a very satisfactory solution was found, and very quickly at that. I can wholeheartedly say: service, quality, and value for money are simply top-notch.

Highly recommended, very helpful and courteous. I had a problem with my Giant road bike. They helped me quickly and even found old defects that a Giant Center hadn't. 👍 I can absolutely recommend this bike shop.

I bought a gravel bike at this shop. The advice I received was incredibly competent, patient, and comprehensive. I'm very happy with my purchase and everything else! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for comprehensive advice on bicycles and equipment!

I'm not writing this review because of the good or bad service I received in the store, but because inquiries sent multiple times via email to the shop are simply ignored. I had a specific question about a Trek Domane SL7. Radsport Kortyba is listed as an official Trek dealer. One would expect at least an answer to a question about a Trek model, even if one didn't purchase it directly from Radsport Kortyba. The complete disregard for my inquiry certainly gives the impression that they only serve customers who bought their bikes in-store. I, for one, am not impressed with retailers who don't respond to inquiries from potential future customers. I would have understood a rejection of my inquiry with a note explaining that they only serve customers who purchased their bikes from Radsport Kortyba. But to be completely ignored like this? If asked, I cannot recommend them.

Top service, fast and fair – highly recommended! I'm thrilled with the service at this bike shop! My Trek road bike received perfect care here. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and competent service – individual concerns were not only taken seriously but also resolved superbly. The explanations of what was done and how I can get the most out of my bike were very helpful. I was shown exactly what to look out for to get even more performance from my road bike. Especially noteworthy: After a crash, my wheel was quickly and perfectly trued – now it's running like new again! The price-performance ratio is absolutely spot on. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for quality, expertise, fast service, and fair prices!

I can't understand the other reviews. I was greeted rudely. My bike was taken from me without my permission and set aside. Then I bought a completely overpriced tire. Of course, you can't compare brick-and-mortar stores with online shops. But €75 for a Continental 5000 is outrageous. I can get the same tire online for €28-36. Definitely not recommended, given the lack of service and friendliness. Next time I'll go back to Bike24. There, you get a friendly welcome, good advice, and a fair price.

I'm thrilled! He doesn't just offer casual tips and information. I bought a bike this morning (saw it, test-rode it – it fit), but then I wasn't entirely happy with the color. Mr. Hoffmann ordered the bike in a different color and exchanged it without any fuss. He even attached a bottle cage and lock holder for me. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back!
