Radsport Tietz is, in my opinion, the best bike shop in Dresden. It's family-run, professional, and honest. I've had my wheels rebuilt and bikes serviced here several times, and I'm always incredibly satisfied – both with the advice and the precision of the work. For example, I brought in a completely disassembled wheel from my mountain bike (without tube, tire, brake disc, and cassette) with a friendly request for a quick repair, as I had a longer mountain bike tour planned for the next day. This request was fulfilled without hesitation. I'm very grateful and truly happy about that. This kind of customer service demonstrates genuine customer understanding. Even if repairs take several days, that's absolutely no problem – because the quality here is simply outstanding. The price-performance ratio is fair and transparent. You can have your bike repaired here with complete peace of mind and then confidently get back on the road – or directly onto the trail – and pursue your passion for cycling. Many thanks to the mechanics and the entire team at Radsport Tietz. I am very happy to support this local shop and will continue to use it for repairs in the future.

After the bearing in the Enviolo hub of my Riese & Müller bike broke (it was 7 years old but had less than 2600 km on it), I had it repaired at a specialist workshop, unfortunately not at Radsport Tietz. Even after two attempts to fix it, the result was unsatisfactory. It didn't ride like it used to and was simply frustrating to ride. In the meantime, I contacted Tietz several times by phone. They were very helpful and competent. So I asked if I could bring my bike in. I got an appointment quickly, and as soon as they received the bike, they identified the problem and what wasn't working. I dropped it off in the morning, and by the afternoon, everything had been fixed to my complete satisfaction. The bike shifted and rode like new again. I was thrilled. There were several minor issues that the other specialist workshop should have found or informed me about, but unfortunately, they didn't. I am more than impressed with the knowledge and expertise at Radsport Tietz and can highly recommend them. There are differences between a *specialist workshop* and a specialist workshop. I'd like to thank you again and will gladly come back!

Competent and friendly advice. Great service. A small but fine selection, and anything they don't have in stock is ordered at short notice. Highly recommended.

Very kind and good advice for your bicycle condition + I used this place about 9 to 10 years ago. I was on my way from the Czech Republic into Germany, and I pedaled excitedly because of the artistic atmosphere and a slight downhill slope. Then, I got caught on a raised section of the road caused by tree roots and fell completely. I scraped my leg a bit, but I wasn't seriously injured; however, my bicycle was completely destroyed. The frame was warped, and the panniers I had brought with me had broken mounting frames, so I couldn't secure them anymore. The front pannier was also torn. At that time, the nearest bike shop I found was Radsport Tietz. They treated me and repaired the bike well enough to use it. When I tried to buy new panniers there, they recommended repairing them, but since the large panniers on the sides were difficult to repair, I ended up buying them. The front pannier repaired by the staff here was perfectly fixed, and I am still using it today. I am no longer riding a bike because I injured my leg at work, but my memories of this place are truly fond. I couldn't properly express my gratitude at that time. Danke für die schönen Erinnerungen

Very friendly and quick help with a complex gearbox and spoke problem on an e-bike. Despite being overloaded, our bike was repaired very quickly (in one day). This allowed us to continue enjoying our 8-day short break on the Elbe Cycle Path! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I have never seen a cleaner and tidier workshop. We received excellent service and a high level of professionalism here. I was finally able to fulfill my dream and have a bike built perfectly for me in their in-house workshop, "Fliehkraft." I'm incredibly satisfied and will definitely ride it all winter long with enthusiasm. My mother has been raving about an e-bike for a long time. Finally, there's a Riese & Müller dealer with high levels of professionalism in our area, because she absolutely needs that for servicing in the years to come. So she got some advice, test-rode it, and was absolutely thrilled...so she bought it, and since then she's been riding it nonstop, even though it's already quite cold. Thanks again for the good advice on all our annoying questions, for being so accommodating, and for the great service.
