Four weeks after buying a bicycle, I discovered that the e-bike couldn't handle steep inclines as the friendly salesman had assured me. Exchanging the e-bike there is no problem. The mechanic, with his own unique style, is very competent. He's concise and to the point. I like him. Unfortunately, the friendly salesman struggles with decisions that deviate from the norm. However, we found a mutually acceptable solution with the owner. Keep up the good work.

We visited Reloopbikes on September 29, 2025, and were especially surprised by the large selection. They had everything from affordable bikes to e-bikes and high-quality gravel bikes. In the end, we settled on a Cube that looked like new. Highly recommended. For me, it's clearly a better alternative than buying new.

Highly recommended! Why buy new when you can buy almost new? A good selection of different bikes that can be test-ridden on-site, the prices are reasonable, and the process is completely straightforward. A dedicated and friendly team. They also offer a workshop service. I'd go back anytime!

Top-notch shop, fantastic selection of every bike imaginable! Good and honest advice, and the bikes look like new! I treated myself to a top-notch gravel bike and I'm super happy! Definitely stop by so this shop has a future! There's no other like it in Dresden! Thanks guys.
