Roscher3000 was highly recommended to me for fork and shock service. I received exactly one reply to my inquiry, including a time window for when the service could be performed. Since then, I've never heard anything again, no response to emails or calls… very disappointing.

The guy's great! I had a flat tire and he replaced it quickly, easily, and at a reasonable price. He also did a handful of other things on my bike that I'd needed to do for a while. The owner lives and breathes cycling and is super nice—highly recommended! P.S.: Since his business is so successful, he doesn't really do any advertising himself or bother with social media or Google Maps. When you arrive at the address, you have to read the sign at the entrance—it's on the courtyard side.

Excellent service, very friendly owner who was always available for questions and even took another look at the shock absorber after the service was completed, as a goodwill gesture. The repair was carried out within a reasonable timeframe, and the prices are also fair.

I needed to have my seatpost shortened. They were super friendly and quick to respond, and the price was absolutely reasonable. They even adjusted my brakes. I'd definitely use their services again!

I had a suspension fork repaired without him. He's friendly and adapts to the customer's delivery schedule. The repair took a while. Communication is quite difficult. I hope the unavailability is just a problem with the phone company. Otherwise, good work for a pretty good price.

I had trouble getting my pedals changed. I quickly arranged an appointment, rode my bike there, and after 5 minutes the pedals were replaced and the gears were adjusted slightly. I'm very satisfied; it was quick and inexpensive.

Excellent service and expertise in all aspects of suspension forks and bicycles in general. Nobody could help me with my 2004 suspension fork until I came here on the recommendation of a bike shop. Now everything is working perfectly again. Thank you. You should make an appointment, so call ahead. It's worth it!
