This was my first time in this store, I always walked past it, and now I'm wondering why. I immediately felt very welcome. I "only" came in to get a spare part for my hiking poles and then asked for advice on hiking pants. After trying on five pairs of pants, I finally had the ones I liked and that fit. Thank you so much for your patience. I'm amazed at the variety of products; I didn't expect so much. Fingers crossed for their continued existence!

Very nice, good selection, top-notch, however, I was deliberately misled by goods that did not match the description; after discussion, they were very unfriendly. Not recommended.

Great shop with a fantastic selection. As an industrial and sport climber, I find there's plenty of choice for both commercial and recreational climbing needs. Short waiting times for orders and discounts for business customers.

These guys know exactly what they offer and why. The products are high-quality, and the advice, including questions about your specific needs, is consistently competent. For example, I bought my hiking boots here and have now hiked through the Alps, sometimes in continuous rain. They're fantastic boots that fit perfectly and provide excellent support. Their expertise and experience are something I can rely on!
