I've been a long-time customer of this lovely bike shop and have been completely satisfied every time. Scheduling appointments is quick and easy. Service and repairs are completed very promptly – usually within a day. I drop off my bike in the morning and pick it up again that afternoon. The prices are absolutely fair, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Even extra little things that people don't mention, like a little oil on the chain or fine-tuning the gears and adjusting the brakes, are done without even mentioning them. All in all, a perfect bike repair shop that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Good and honest advice on my bike repair, and a good price. Fast work. I brought my bike in early on a whim and was lucky that someone canceled their appointment. So I was able to pick up my bike that same day, ready to ride. This is now my regular repair shop.

I cycled home today, super happy, on my repaired bike. It was a real pleasure! It rides like new ;)… my bike is quite old, so it needed some work. I dropped it off early in the morning and had it back repaired in the afternoon – reliable, friendly, and really fast! Highly recommended! Thanks again!

My somewhat older bike has unfortunately suffered a bit over the years. So, it was essential to replace some parts and integrate the new components with the old as best as possible. Anyone familiar with older bikes knows that this isn't always straightforward. Specifically, I needed completely new wheels, including hubs, tires, cassette, chain – everything that goes with them. I don't want to complain about other bike shops, but I'd already been to two other shops with the same project (I won't name names, but one was on Fetscherplatz and the other was also on Bergmannstraße). They didn't seem particularly keen on tinkering with an older bike. Instead, they shifted the responsibility onto me: at Fetscherplatz, they suggested I search for suitable components myself on classifieds sites, and on Bergmannstraße, they even pointed out all sorts of disadvantages of my Brooks saddle, but that wasn't why I was there, and I hadn't asked for that information. I'm not complaining about other bike shops, but I'd already been to two other shops with the same project (I won't name names, but one was on Fetscherplatz and another on Bergmannstraße). Not so at the bike shop: Here, I was given a concise yet precise explanation of the best solution. Unsurprisingly, it involved completely new components. After dropping off my bike, the job was completed within a few hours. I was able to pick it up again the same day. The new components were chosen both aesthetically, ensuring they complemented the original parts, and technically, guaranteeing a perfect fit. I'm more than satisfied and highly recommend this shop.
