Absolutely incompetent staff. (Reisewitzer Straße) I dropped off a jacket to have a single-color print applied. When I inquired about the progress of the order after almost four weeks, I was met with incomprehension for daring to ask. I had to wait six months for a set of jerseys I sponsored for a club. The employee has time to check my WhatsApp status, but he has neither time, understanding, nor decency for customers.

I usually prefer to buy local, but I think I was just unlucky this time. Of the much-praised selection here, they only had one badminton racket in stock. The seemingly low price turned out to be twice as expensive as other retailers after a quick look at my phone, and the much-lauded customer service left me waiting in vain for 10 minutes in the basement, searching alone for more rackets. ... I'll try my luck again next time.
