Our trusted bike shop for many years. Expert and personal advice and service. Picked up my first e-bike today, and I can't stop grinning. I have no idea where they conjured this bike out of thin air, as it's nowhere else available, but it's simply fantastic. Update: The first service after 500 km was excellent. The bike fits perfectly, everything went smoothly. 😎

I had my shock and fork serviced here. Parts were ordered in advance. They were delivered Wednesday evening and finished Thursday morning. Everything went smoothly and perfectly. The people there are very knowledgeable. Maybe this will be my service shop, since I live in Klotzsche. Thanks again.

Due to its proximity to my home, this was my first port of call. I've been to this bike shop three times now and I'm disappointed. Twice for gear adjustments and once for a service and advice. The gears worked fine for 60 km, and then the same problem occurred again. I was then told that the gear cable was too short, even though it's the original one from the factory and has worked perfectly for nine years. During the service, the front brake pads weren't replaced, even though they needed replacing. While looking for an e-bike, I got some advice and became interested in a bike from the Radebeul branch. I asked if it could be delivered to the Weixdorf branch. That wasn't possible; I was told to go to Radebeul myself. Absolutely disappointed with the service. I've now switched to Heiko's bike shop in Klotzsche and am completely satisfied. Update: I had a phone call with the manager. It was a very constructive conversation; we discussed the issues objectively, and he apologized for the inconvenience (mainly regarding the e-bike consultation).

We've bought all our bikes from Tretmühle so far, and that must be seven or eight by now. Always perfect service and excellent advice. Keep it up! Update July 25, 2022: Another e-bike from KTM, a Macina Team 692, has now joined our "fleet." As always, Tretmühle Weixdorf was perfectly prepared, making the impossible possible, especially with the short-notice procurement. Many thanks!

I ordered and bought my new bike here. The advice was friendly and competent. They were helpful and dedicated. It was very pleasant during this busy time. I was primarily served by Mr. Hessler and can highly recommend him. The handover was also completely satisfactory. It's great to have such a shop locally.

Tretmühle, the best bike shop in the Dresden area. They have experts for every category, who can offer the best tips and recommendations based on their experience. Quality and service are excellent, and there's always room for negotiation on the price. The product range is diverse and well-organized. They get an extra star for their numerous custom solutions and personalized advice.
