First and foremost, one truly must mention the friendliness that greets customers upon entering the shop. For me personally, Fahrrad Hammer EB is the absolute best, it doesn't get any better! Whether I'm too inept to ride a bike again, whether my bike has reached its wear and tear limit, whether the desire for new gear and parts has grown stronger, or whether I simply want a chat, I always leave with a smile. This starts with their above-average expertise in repairs (they still try to save the bike and don't just replace parts) and extends to the perfect advice from the expert staff regarding bikes and related insurance. From day one, Jan has been my "personal therapist" when it comes to my bike, and only he has the privilege of working on it. A quick, appropriate, and satisfactory solution has always been found for my problems, and I look forward to continuing my collaboration with Fahrrad Hammer. Fahrrad Hammer took good care of our broken e-bike, even though it was a completely different brand. The repair was quick, and the terms and conditions were strictly adhered to. Communication, for example, via email, was excellent. We'd be happy to use them again anytime!

This was my second time here with my bike today. The first time I had problems with the valve, and today it was because I couldn't get any air into my tires. I received help very quickly, and my bike is inflated again. I can wholeheartedly recommend Fahrrad Hammer Eilenburg. I am very satisfied with the service and customer friendliness. Thank you!

Two years ago, I bought my bike there and was already impressed by the comprehensive advice. This time, I brought in an older bike, wanting to get it roadworthy again. Again, I received very thorough advice, and the repair was carried out quickly. I highly recommend Fahrrad Hammer in Eilenburg. Every question is answered competently, you get tips on maintenance, and the advice is given in a friendly and approachable manner. The prices are also very fair. The SMS service is another great feature, and the estimated cost was not exceeded.

Accessories, unless you need them quickly, should be purchased elsewhere. Competitors offer the same products for four to five times less. Friendly staff, however, is commendable. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is abysmal.

Super fast and excellent repair of my "no-name" e-bike. Everything works again, so I can easily manage the next 5,000 km. Let's see which one gives out first. Thanks again for everything. And the repair price was reasonable too. 5 stars

In July, my son bought a Cube bike. The bike has broken down twice in three months. The first repair, a broken chain, went smoothly. For the second pedal arm repair, my son was charged €87. He wasn't involved in an accident or anything like that; the thread had become worn, probably due to poor quality material. Of course, I got my money back, as it was covered by the warranty. But that only worked after two attempts and various threats. I highly recommend everyone buy their bike or have it repaired elsewhere.

Highly recommended. I had originally planned to buy a new bike. Due to the pandemic, the usual selection wasn't available. Consequently, I had my old bike completely rebuilt. I had planned to do it myself, but since I'm all thumbs when it comes to bikes, I spontaneously decided to have it done at Fahrrad Hammer. From the very beginning, I felt I was in good hands. The communication and advice were excellent, and I always felt I was in safe hands. The necessary parts were ordered quickly, and they also made sure the prices were reasonable. The complete rebuild turned out perfectly, and I'm completely satisfied. I'll gladly come back anytime.
