I contacted them with a question about a vehicle that wasn't one of theirs and wanted to order a spare part. Unfortunately, the employee wasn't the least bit interested, and that's my problem. I definitely won't be buying my next vehicle from them, or anything else they can make money on. Best regards, and I hope this helps some potential customers.

I came to Pedalerie because I was repeatedly let down at my old bike shop. At Pedalerie, my issue was handled immediately, competently, and courteously. Even when I had another problem, I received immediate help over the phone. Highly recommended!

Very good personal and sales conversations. But very expensive, despite the small wind instruments. Well, you don't have to buy one.

Despite the stress, they're there for everyone with plenty of time for explanations and all the other services they need. Sometimes a bit grumpy, but no problem. Full commitment to repairs, even in difficult cases, like with my 9-year-old "Karion." A lot of experience, expertise, and know-how here. Always happy to come back, even if I'm hopefully buying a new bike soon. Thanks, guys!

A nice, large shop with a wide selection, from entry-level bikes to supersports. The prices are reasonable, and the clothing and helmet selection is extensive.

I would never go there again, even if it were the last Kawasaki dealer in the world! The salesman's initial greeting was the only friendly thing about him. After I told him what I wanted (a Ninja 1000SX), he became unfriendly and acted annoyed, as if I were taking away his toy! When I was graciously allowed to sit on a lowered bike and couldn't quite reach the ground, he just snidely said, "That won't fit, and it can't be lowered any further!" His competence is a complete disaster! (I only found companies in Germany and Austria through Googling that can lower the bike properly for me, even if I'm only 1.60 m tall!) I don't really care whether he was after his toy or that I'm from western Germany! But if you want to be treated like that, fine; if not, you should go to the next town over to a Kawasaki dealer!!

They have great motorcycles. There's something for every price range. The advice was competent.

That was nothing. I'm a Klinge customer from Leipzig and wanted to buy an enduro textile suit in Eilenburg. The staff told me I should come back from Leipzig on another day because the colleague who looks after the suits wasn't there and they had no idea. There were only two black textile suits there. No enduro. I was told they had to be ordered first. The size could only be estimated. And then I'd have to reorder and come back. Too bad for IXS. I then went to Held in Leipzig, which was a real win.
Owner's response
Unfortunately, this is how things usually go for us, as we can't hang 300 different combinations in the store. Sorry.

If you do get any attention at all, you'll be treated very poorly and condescendingly. There's absolutely no interest in customer satisfaction. If you don't want to buy an expensive motorcycle, but just need a part repaired, want to order spare parts, or even just have a question, you can save yourself the visit!

I took my carburetors there for ultrasonic cleaning. It's always a pleasure to go to that shop.
