We spontaneously came to this shop today during a bike ride due to an emergency situation. After being turned away earlier, we were immediately welcomed here. The team's friendly and approachable manner meant we not only received help but also had great technical discussions about e-bikes. A perfect all-around experience. Hello, the shop and the salesman, Ken, are so dedicated and try to make everything possible for the customer. I needed a spare part for my bike, and Ken helped me get it right away. Simply top-notch. I can only recommend the shop! Simply fantastic. There aren't many shops/salesmen that do this. Thanks again.

The bike purchase was extremely informative and went absolutely smoothly. I received my new bike within less than 24 hours – top-notch service! The on-site consultation was quick and competent, leaving no questions unanswered. A few hours later, my girlfriend and I went back again, as we hadn't had a good experience at a large "bike dealer." Luckily, we received excellent service here. Many thanks to the team at Fahrradkette and especially to Kenny for the fantastic service!

Today I went to the Cube Store in Freital with my two kids (2 and 4 years old) to buy a bicycle helmet for my daughter. In the store, I was approached by Mr. S. Geißler, who provided me with expert advice. He listened to my child's wishes and his suggestion of a bright red reflector brought a huge smile to my daughter's face. Now she's safe on the road and is easily visible even at dusk! Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back!

Great bike shop. Not as overwhelming as in other places. I received excellent, expert advice from Stanley, and they didn't try to sell me anything that didn't meet my needs. They even gave me a small discount here and there to make me feel good and build customer loyalty. Highly recommended.

I bought my bike there three years ago. The advice was excellent, and everyone I know who goes there is still satisfied. The service is also top-notch; I find the advice and implementation excellent. I recently had a breakdown and they helped me on short notice. A must-visit for anyone in Freital who needs a bike.

Great advice! A friendly welcome, and after we had a quick look around, the store manager asked if he could help us. We gratefully accepted, as finding the right bike helmet isn't always easy. First, we were presented with all the different options, and I was able to try on the helmets I was considering. After I found the right one, they even picked out my favorite color. The price was absolutely fair! We had already bought our daughter's first helmet here, and the advice was very child-friendly and patient.

I'm a new customer, very satisfied, and received excellent advice from the young lady and her colleagues in the shop. After much deliberation and comparison online and visiting various bike shops, we bought two gravel bikes here and are very happy with them. The price is absolutely comparable to other chains and is fair. I find the negative reviews hard to understand; often, even "online" prices are listed. As an avid cyclist, I will gladly return. PS: The first service was carried out free of charge despite my own mistake (an incorrectly adjusted derailleur).
