An absolutely top-notch workshop. I was having problems with the gears on my e-bike. After unsuccessful attempts at other workshops, I got an appointment here immediately, and within half an hour my bike was repaired. Even defects I hadn't noticed were fixed at the same time. That's perfect service, thank you so much, and I'll definitely be back.

Excellent advice and superb service; I can always turn to Mr. Männchen with any questions or concerns regarding my e-bike. I always enjoy returning to the workshop and highly recommend it. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and Mr. Männchen is always very customer-oriented.

The worst bike repair service you could ever trust. I dropped my bike off while Mr. Männchen was on vacation. For: - two tires - a new chain - a brake check, I had to pay €225 😳 Mr. Männchen does repairs at home, while large workshops pay rent and employees – and yet the same repair costs almost half as much there 🤔 A very self-confident man who, in my opinion, clearly overestimates his abilities. Of course, it's his right to set his own prices. But it wouldn't hurt to ask the customer before starting the repair if they can actually afford it and if the price is acceptable to them 😉 The repair itself was okay, but the prices and service are a complete disaster for me 🤪

Dear Customer, thank you for your review.<br><br>You brought your bicycle to my workshop requesting that both tires be replaced and the rusty chain be changed. You also requested that the brakes be checked and adjusted.<br><br>I fulfilled this request.<br><br>When you dropped off your bicycle, you could have asked about the approximate cost. I reject any subsequent accusations.<br><br>You also claim that I repair bicycles from home, which is not true. I rent space in a building and, like any other business, I have to pay for my premises.<br><br>You requested a personal consultation to discuss the matter. You didn't cancel the first appointment at all, and only canceled the second appointment 10 minutes beforehand. For the third scheduled appointment, you sent a message shortly before, saying, "We're not going to do it, thank you for your time and service."<br><br>We wanted to meet to find a solution together, and I am always willing to find a customer-friendly solution. The offer was then no longer valid. To ensure we parted on good terms, I offered you a voucher, which you declined.<br><br>In addition, I offered you the option of bringing a quote from another garage, and I would adjust my price accordingly.<br><br>Both you and I requested quotes from various garages for the same items on my invoice. I have the quote you obtained from another garage. This quote is not half or less than my original price, so your statement is untrue.<br><br>I was prepared to show you the quotes I obtained from independent garages at all scheduled appointments.<br><br>I am always customer-oriented and responsive to customer requests. That's my philosophy!

I was looking for a workshop to service our bicycles, and I found it here. All my requests were handled efficiently and quickly. Very good prices and appointments were available at my convenience. I highly recommend Fahrradstube! I'll definitely be back...🤗

I give them a full 5 stars. I had my e-bike and then my "normal" bicycle serviced there. Super friendly service, top-notch work, highly recommended (I don't like to say that because if too many people go there, it takes longer for service appointments in the future, but they really deserve it) 👍

In any case, it gets full marks: the owner is super friendly and helpful – first-class service! You can get an appointment on the spot, and I was able to pick up my bike the same day. No arguments or annoyances like you'd find at large bike shops... it's nice and relaxed, and you can tell that the people here enjoy their work. The price-performance ratio is also good; what more could a customer want? It's nice that there are still such small workshops close to the village. Thank you! I'll be back anytime if the need arises 👌

Absolutely the best bike repair shop I know. I dropped my bike off on Friday at 2 pm and picked it up ready the same evening. The big bike shops could learn a thing or two from them. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. Very friendly service; they even called if there were any other issues. Thanks again! Now I can ride my bike to work again on Monday.
