I came here for a gait analysis – it can easily be booked online via their website. The staff member was very friendly and took the time to address my needs and answer any questions I had. Highly recommended, I'd gladly come again.

Since 1987, when I was a sports teacher with my buddies at the time, as a qualified sports scientist, I was at the huge Central Stadium in early August for what was sadly the last sports festival of the GDR – and I'm quite proud of that. We were there with our association of sports students, performing our routine, which, if I remember correctly, had been rehearsed for at least three months, maybe even almost half a year, naturally together with our female students, and which was rated as really good 👍 by many of the nearly hundreds of thousands of spectators. It sounds a bit arrogant, and we were at least a little bit arrogant back then. Just think of the legendary DHFK Carnival 🎊. The older Leipzigers will remember, tickets for the events were hard to come by, and anyone who even managed to get into the even better program in the auditorium was already at the top of their game at a young age – okay, the last base camp. I just wanted to ask you briefly whether a full-time sports therapist/qualified sports teacher should be reviewing a large sporting goods store. No, I tell you, and why am I doing it today anyway? Because I'm still a physical education teacher, even though I haven't been working as one since March 1st. Now, finally, to Intersport, a chain of sporting goods stores in Germany, and I believe also in Austria. Why does the "store" in what's now called Pösnapark (or something like Neuseenlandpark) get 5 stars from me? Today, I'm writing without proper sentence structure. - A huge selection, including school and recreational sports equipment in the lower price range, which is very important for a store near a major city. - Intensive contact via cards, newsletters, or personal conversations in the store. - A young, relaxed team with a lot of expertise in providing professional advice. Please keep up the good work and stay healthy! Happy sports!

Very competent and friendly advice I received advice from Mr. Werner and I'm absolutely thrilled. He was extremely friendly and very competent. He addressed my individual needs and helped me optimally with his expertise. I spontaneously bought a SUP board, and there wasn't an Intersport store near me; sometimes it's worth driving further. You rarely get advice like that these days – thank you so much! I work in retail myself. I highly recommend the Intersport store in Pösna Park!

Great advice. My girlfriend and I bought a jacket and a sweater. Ms. Deubel was our consultant. She took time for us as customers and listened to our ideas and wishes.

They're clearly not interested in customers. There were three salespeople in the store, and no other customers besides me. Yet, no one even asked if or how they could help me. The items I wanted weren't available, despite what the website said. At least the staff were willing to look for them in the store, after I had to convince them that, according to the website, the item was in stock at this particular branch. I definitely wouldn't recommend this Intersport store; there are much better ones, especially ones with better service and customer focus. They didn't even offer any suggestions on how they could help me (different item, online order, etc.). Clearly, they have no interest in making a sale.

Questions seem to be rather unwelcome here, at least that was my distinct impression. Upon entering the store, the salesperson seemed unappealing, rather annoyed, almost as if I were bothering him. I received monosyllabic answers to my questions, lacking any real advice or engagement. For someone who is a potential customer seriously interested in a product, this kind of behavior seems anything but professional. I didn't feel welcome and will definitely not be coming back.
