On Friday, August 15th, 2025, I went to the bike shop with friends. We received very friendly and competent advice. The following week, I picked up the bike and was then able to test ride it for two weeks. I'm very happy with it now. Thank you for the excellent service.

After a brief phone call, I was able to bring my bike in for repairs the next day. He was highly competent and quickly fixed the problems with my bike. This man is passionate about his work! Highly recommended!

My e-bike battery was dead, and I didn't have my charger with me. The bike doctor was extremely friendly. He offered to give me his charger without writing down my address, but unfortunately, the connector wasn't compatible. He then helped me find a suitable charger online, and finally, he recommended a nearby bike shop that was fortunate enough to be able to help me. When I brought him a small chocolate bar as a thank you, he even had a small gift for me. You rarely see such customer service!!

I booked my wife's bike in for a check-up. I dropped the bike off the same day. He explained everything to me that's checked and done during a check-up. Excellent service, just as you'd expect. Five hours later, I got a call that the bike was ready for pickup. I'll now be taking our bikes there for check-ups and repairs. Thanks for the great service!

After a phone call and describing my problem, I was able to come straight to the workshop. The bike mechanic repaired my bicycle immediately and gave me some helpful tips during the repair in a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

We spontaneously visited the DOC on Monday morning because of a broken chain. By the afternoon, we had a new chain on our bike, and he also cleaned the cassette. He performed the remaining service with us when we picked up the bike. He also gave us lots of information about the Bosch motor and the battery. Such excellent service!

This was my first time at the bike repair shop, and I wasn't disappointed. The owner is very friendly and competent; he immediately identified several problems with my e-bike and fixed them all quickly and reliably. When I picked up my bike, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything, including what had been repaired, the analysis of the ride data, and so on. A few days ago, I had a minor breakdown on the way back from my bike tour. I received prompt, competent, and honest help here. The owner is super friendly and shares a wealth of knowledge about bikes and their maintenance with you. Highly recommended, and it's a shame I live about 50 km away, otherwise I would have had my bike checked here more often :)
