Huge advertising posters everywhere: 70% off! Great, you think. Let's go check it out, it's still ski season. There's even a sign outside: Ski Lodge... Inside the store, pure disappointment: what exactly is 70% off??? All I could see was team clothing... then the saleswoman said: no, we don't have any ski clothing this year. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤔 Right. But it's not mentioned on the website either. They're advertising skis there. Oh yeah, the store is closed on Saturdays. For anyone who has time to go shopping this weekend...

In my opinion, the lady in charge of social media is completely unqualified for this task. There are constant spelling mistakes and the content is confusing, and in my experience, she's simply pushy when working in the store. Otherwise, I've had good experiences with the rest of the staff.

You can't get anyone on the phone for order inquiries, nor will you receive a callback. Emails are also ignored. Delivery times exceed three weeks. I absolutely cannot recommend this service.

We've ordered online several times. The quality of the materials and the printing is excellent. My criticism concerns the delivery time and communication. We've repeatedly been frustrated by extremely long delivery times. The stated delivery time is 5-15 days, but it's never been less than four weeks. Even email inquiries are simply ignored. Unfortunately, we don't receive any replies. Personally, I would be delighted if these problems were resolved. It would certainly make ordering twice as enjoyable. ;-) Update: I recently ordered again, and what can I say? After just one week, the entire order, including the printing, arrived. 👍🏻 Fantastic!

Ordered goods about four weeks ago, supposedly delivery in 5-15 business days. Still haven't received anything and no response to my email inquiry. Disappointing!

Excellent service, I highly recommend it. We needed a new football jersey for our son, it was printed with his number right away, we could wait 10 minutes and it was ready.

Since there's a second store right nearby, you can compare. The one in Nossen has a great salesperson, is very friendly, has excellent sales and advice, and a better selection than the larger store. The employee here was a little awkward, but still very nice.

We were there today to buy new training clothes for our son. We received very friendly service, and they were able to print a shirt with his name and number right away. To make the wait more pleasant, they even offered us drinks – truly excellent service! We'll definitely be back!

An interesting shop with very friendly and patient staff. Unfortunately, the selection is explicitly geared towards team sports like football, etc. Runners, cyclists, and the like are unlikely to find what they need here. Exchanges are only accepted for store credit. However, we did find regular sportswear for school and received excellent advice. The shop's selection is significantly smaller than the actual stock. It's often worth asking about different sizes and colors; the warehouse seems to be well-stocked.
