Online ordering Unlike other sports shops, I was able to speak directly to a knowledgeable expert on the phone who answered all my questions about buying and mounting cross-country ski bindings. I ordered them right away (Friday afternoon!), and they were delivered the next day (to Northern Bavaria) with instructions. Exemplary service! Thank you so much!

Exceptionally friendly advice, honesty regarding gaps in knowledge, a solid range for "standard fishing use" - nothing too unusual, but definitely a good choice for quick needs when you occasionally need something.

Competent and friendly, they have everything you need for fishing, and for a spontaneous evening fishing trip, you can get everything you could want, whether it's accessories, fishing licenses, or even natural bait. It's great to have a shop like this nearby 👍👍👍

Great shop with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recently bought my cross-country skis here and received excellent and helpful advice. They took their time, even 15 minutes after closing time, and in the end I left happy and satisfied with my new cross-country skis, boots, and poles. :) Support shops like this instead of rushing to Decathlon. It's worth it.

Not sure if service is bad overall or just its poor just towards foreigners. Asked for backpacks, seller answered my questions, however did not eve bothwr to take them down from the wall so I could see them or try them. How can I buy 200e backpack without having a chance to try it on??? Sure, I haven‘t proactively asked fof that, however the seller should be the proactive one!
