We had a professional bike fitting, including physiotherapy support, with two road bikes. The service was extremely professional and thorough, with plenty of time for detail! They had a very large selection of replacement parts, so we were able to take the bikes home in perfect condition. Besides their expertise, they were also incredibly friendly!

I bought a gravel bike from Bikehouse without any prior knowledge and received excellent advice in every respect. The staff, especially Thilo Scheibe, are very friendly, relaxed, and competent; they provide outstanding advice, take their time for you, and always act in a customer-friendly manner.

I regularly visit Bikehouse Kamenz with my two Specialized bikes and have had nothing but positive experiences so far. Whether it's maintenance, repairs, or advice – everything is done quickly, reliably, and competently. A big thank you to Sandro, Hannes, and Christian, who are always there to help with their expertise and dedication. I'd particularly like to highlight Bernd's bike fitting: absolutely professional and with a noticeable effect on my riding experience. Toni also gave me great advice on my gravel bike – practical and tailored precisely to my needs. In short: Here, cycling isn't seen as a job, but as a passion with technical depth. For me, this is the top address – highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I've had repeated bad experiences at Bikehouse. It always seems to me that mass processing is their top priority. The staff rarely take their time. Furthermore, they sell the wrong accessories to novices or fail to mention that there are other things to consider when changing components. I also always get the impression that they don't have time and that's why I'm there at an inconvenient time, even with an appointment. Therefore, I recommend using nearby shops that may be smaller, but at least take the time to help you, so you don't have to make two trips.

A super friendly welcome, you immediately feel at home. The advice and service were first-class! Today I did my first long ride on my new Orbea, a super cool bike, I didn't want to get off. 😁 Big kudos to Toni for the great advice. In March of this year, following a recommendation, I visited Bikehouse Kamenz and purchased my new road bike there. I'd like to thank Bernd for the comprehensive consultation and the straightforward bike fitting. I think I've found the perfect road bike for my needs on long rides. I now feel completely comfortable on the Trek Domane SL7 – after experiencing some minor back problems, Bernd made an adjustment to the stem. He also gave me advice on correcting my riding position and offered tips on general fitness and appropriate stretching exercises. As a result, I can say that on August 24, 2024, after proper preparation, I achieved my first personal goal and completed the Stoneman Miriquidi Road in gold. After following Bernd's advice, I had no back problems during the 15-hour ride (riding time) – exhausted, but happy nonetheless. I think that's perfectly acceptable after 297 km. I can recommend Bikehouse Kamenz and am convinced that Bernd knows his stuff!

On August 30, 2024, the two of us went to Bernd and his sister for a 3D bike fitting. We assessed our current physical condition (height + limb length, sit bone distance, etc., mobility, past injuries, misalignments), any discomfort on the bike, and our fitting goal. We received tips on stretching and strengthening exercises to address our deficiencies. The cleats for our road bike shoes were also adjusted. On the bike, our initial sitting position was analyzed, and then all of the previously mentioned discomforts were reviewed one by one. Both of us repeatedly asked how we felt about the change/adjustment, and if necessary, we tweaked it a second, third, and fourth time, or even tried the fifth or sixth saddle again until we felt completely comfortable. Conclusion: From the very beginning, you feel like time is really being taken for you and that a relaxed atmosphere prevails. It feels like a genuine interaction, and you're not being talked into anything. We then headed to the Sella Ronda Bike Day in the Dolomites with a positive feeling and can 100% recommend the bike fitting!

I can highly recommend this shop! I was there today to pick up my Orbea Rise, which I bought through classifieds. The price was so good that I drove all the way from Würzburg to Kamenz. I also wanted to buy a brake disc magnet for the MDR-P disc, and they gave it to me for free. I'm really impressed! Great shop, super friendly team, I'll definitely be back!

A friendly and professionally competent service team. As far as I know, several employees are active cyclists and triathletes themselves, so you can trust their well-founded reviews. The product range is very broad, including e-bikes. The showrooms are lovingly decorated.
