I dropped off a jersey for flocking. The young salesman wasn't very efficient and didn't seem to be in a good mood, either when I dropped it off or picked it up. The flocking was supposed to take a maximum of two weeks. After four weeks, I had to go there myself to inquire and find out that my jersey was ready. I left my phone number and email address, but they never contacted me!

The crest on my SSV Ulm 1846 jersey (best team ever, by the way!!) came off. They repaired it here without any delay and free of charge – super friendly! Highly recommend this shop.

The selection is quite small, but you can currently get an RB Leipzig jersey here at a significantly reduced online price (currently heavily discounted online and here in the shop) and get a real bargain. That's why I'm happy to give it 4 stars, even though the jerseys of other football clubs were heavily sold out in most sizes and almost empty during my visit. However, there are plenty of RB Leipzig jerseys available. In this case, it's worth a visit, even if the area around this store (especially the neighboring Eisenbahnstrasse), including its clientele, takes some getting used to. But the store can't be blamed for that.

Soccer boots costing €225 and broke after 10 months, and the sole was broken. No complaint was possible, but I was told to contact the manufacturer. They were also very unfriendly and unwilling to find a solution.

Absolutely not recommended! I bought €220 shoes there, and after only 4-5 wears, the sole is coming loose at the toe. The salesperson told me the shoes were still wearable, still functional, and that they wouldn't take them back. They also told me to contact the manufacturer. Outrageous! This is exactly the kind of service you expect as a loyal customer!

Hello Vinni DC, we regret that the shoe you purchased from us did not meet your expectations. We would like to address the issue. The shoe in question showed minimal paint abrasions, and the sole was in no way detached from the shoe. Therefore, there is no impairment of its playing characteristics. It is natural for shoes to show signs of wear and tear during play and training, when they are subjected to considerable stress, and this is unfortunately unavoidable. You can continue to use the shoe without any loss of functionality.<br><br>Thank you for your understanding.
