Very professional and kind people work here. I came in with a lot of questions, and they took the time to explain everything to me—both what they could do for my bike (including price and the time needed) and what I could handle myself for smaller fixes and general maintenance (free advice!!). It was a very helpful and pleasant visit. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, they speak fluent English.

I had a short-notice trip to the shop with a flat tire. It was repaired within 10 minutes for a fair and reasonable price. The staff were very friendly... I'll definitely be back...

I took my broken bicycle to 2Rad Schulze to get a professional opinion on how bad its condition really was (since I don't know much about bikes) and received excellent advice after inspecting it. What particularly struck me was how respectful and attentive the conversation was, with plenty of time dedicated to me as a customer. Given the poor condition of my bike, I'll probably have to buy a new one soon, so I also asked for advice on what kind of bike to get next, as I was unsure what type of bicycle to choose. There, too, I felt understood, without getting the impression that they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. That's always very important to me. I felt very well taken care of there and can highly recommend the shop. 10/10

After work, my chain came off while I was riding my bike. So, just before closing time, I went into the shop and asked for help. The employee approached me in good spirits, joking around, and immediately helped me with my problem. He not only put the chain back on the sprocket in no time, but also offered to tighten it for me so it wouldn't slip off again. When I asked how much he would charge, a simple thank you and a smile were all he needed. I've rarely experienced such a fun, charming, and professional service. Highly recommended and the best bike shop in Leipzig!!!

I've brought my old bike to this workshop for repairs many times and have always been satisfied with the service and workmanship. The service is always incredibly friendly and quick, often right outside the shop. They explain what's wrong with the bike, or rather, what isn't, and they don't try to sell you unnecessary repairs. If they have the time, they can even do some things quickly, so you can take your bike home again after a short wait. That's fantastic service, and my bike has always ridden perfectly after every repair. Thanks so much, guys!

Best bike shop ever! I'll only go here from now on. Every time I've had a bike, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they've always helped me super quickly. It's always cheaper than I expected. The first bike shop where I'm happy to leave a tip. They always carry my bike out for me, and in emergencies, they even repaired it overnight. Now that's what I call customer service! All the other shops in the area could learn a thing or two. Arrogant to the core, especially if you show up with some clunky punk bike. Not so at Zweirad Schulze. Always on equal footing, always courteous, and fast, uncomplicated service. Friendly small talk included. I've rarely been so happy. Keep up the good work and best of luck with your new shop. We'll be back again and again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my second visit to the workshop with the same experience I took my bike in for repairs and inspection because of a flat front tire. I was then told over the phone about the necessary repairs, which then cost €300. So far so good. I agreed to this and the bike was repaired very quickly. That made me happy. When I picked it up, I realized again that the services had been provided, but the service on the bike had fallen by the wayside. There are a lot of little things that, for me, are part of good service and a good workshop. 1. The handles were loose, I had to point out when I picked them up that I should screw them tight. 2. The front light was loose and I had to ask for it 3. The brakes were replaced, but the brake levers for the hands were not tightened (see photos). I only noticed this when I got on the bike. But then it was too annoying for me to ask for it again. But something like this is also about safety, which, in my opinion, was not guaranteed here. 4. A reflector on the pedals is missing (see photo). I would have liked to have been made aware of this or included it in the repair. 5. An old bracket that was obviously broken was not removed (see photo). All in all, they do their job well, but they only do the bare minimum and nothing more. Therefore, even after the second visit, I don't feel like I'm in good hands or treated as a valuable customer. My wish is that this review contributes to an improvement because we need good and trustworthy bicycle workshops.

I was really delighted with the service support. The manager consulted me regarding my bike, checked the wheels and brakes, fixed some small issues absolutely for free. I was amazed. For buying my next bike I will definitely go to 2Rad Schulze! Thanks again!

I had a problem with my lock (key stucked while turning) and they helped me out for free with some oil and good advices for maintenance. Very friendly!
