I can understand that they don't accept repairs outside of opening hours. However, one extremely rude employee wouldn't even open the door for a second so I could ask for a tool to quickly straighten my own axle.

Very professional. The employee was helpful, friendly, and down-to-earth. I had a minor issue with my bike, and he immediately helped me, even exploring alternative solutions. In the end, we found the right part online together, and I gave him a tip. A truly great shop!

I am extremely satisfied with the service at this bicycle repair shop. I dropped my bike off here to have the drivetrain and brake pads replaced. The work was done quickly and professionally. I was particularly impressed by the objective advice they gave me regarding the condition of my bike. The team's experience and expertise are evident. I will gladly return and can wholeheartedly recommend this repair shop!

First time I sent my bike to a repair shop and it was a very good experience. The services done were: Replace chain (Kette) Replace chain switcher (Kettenumwerfer) Replace chain ring (Kettenblatt) Cleaning of my bike The services was done in 1 week. I´m totally happy with the result after 2 weeks, beside a small misunderstanding on the delivery date of my bike, I fully recommend this service.
