The campsite isn't particularly attractive, but it serves as a convenient base for exploring Leipzig. We had our bikes with us, so we were quickly in the city center (about 11 minutes). The tram system is also very good. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful. In short, it's not a place to stay for long, but it's functional.

A warm welcome after a phone call from a very friendly manager. The city center is easily accessible by bike.

It's a shame the stay left such a bitter taste. I knew beforehand that the campsite was nothing more than a parking space. I find it very expensive for that, but so be it. However, this is completely unacceptable: Due to a misunderstanding, we paid twice. They claimed that because there had been a break-in the night before, they couldn't access the accounts. They said they would refund the money as soon as possible. After six weeks, nothing of the sort has happened, and I'm no longer getting any response to my inquiries. Now, all I can do is dispute the charge. Very disappointing. Never again!!!

To the owner Hi Boje. I've been to your site many times now. I can only reiterate what a fantastic place you've created. Of course, there are always a few idiots who don't understand the difference between a motorhome pitch and a campsite. They should just park in the train station parking lot. Keep up the good work. I'll definitely be back for another mulled wine with you in your motorhome.

Perfectly fine for one night. 18 euros. Electricity and fresh water are available, and you can empty your wastewater. It's about a 10-minute bike ride to the city center. I would recommend it. However, you can't book it in advance. It's first come, first served...

The only positive thing about this "parking spot" is its proximity to the city center. The parking spot itself is a parking space in front of a shop (Boje Sport). Showers, toilets, and electricity all cost extra. What are they charging €20 per night for? You might as well just park on the street (comparable in terms of amenities). Only water and waste disposal facilities are available. Unfortunately, I realized this too late, but I'll know better next time.

It's great that this service point exists in Leipzig. Cleaning toilet tanks with rainwater is a good idea. As a parking spot – on concrete in an industrial area – it's not my first choice. But parking is otherwise difficult in Leipzig – unless you park on the street. The staff is friendly, and waste disposal is possible for a fee even outside of business hours.

Great campervan pitch. Friendly owner. City center within walking distance. Waste disposal available. Electricity is currently temporary, but is expected to be installed soon. Showers and toilets are located in the adjacent climbing hall.

The campsite offers a fantastic location close to the city center, yet in a quiet area. The team is competent and friendly. I received a warm welcome and the provided maps gave me a quick overview of the city. I would definitely stay here again!

During our visit at Pentecost 2019, the site was essentially just a parking lot. It only offered wastewater and greywater disposal. There was a makeshift power supply connected to the office via a makeshift extension cord. There were no on-site restrooms or showers; we had to leave the premises and go to the neighboring property. It's an indoor climbing facility. However, it's only open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, so it's unusable in the mornings. Showers cost €1.50, toilets €0.50, and the place has its own rather dilapidated charm. There are no trash cans or containers; we were asked to take our trash with us or dispose of it elsewhere. The owner seems to be a bit of a "Münchhausen" when it comes to making up excuses if you bring these points up. Regarding the trash container, he claimed to have applied for one weeks ago, but the waste disposal company hasn't delivered it. The owner also seems to be a bit of a "Münchhausen" (a German idiom meaning "a bureaucrat"). Regarding the power supply, he told me the story that the power pole had fallen off the truck during unloading, was damaged, and the new one hadn't been delivered yet (…but unfortunately, there were no visible structural preparations for it – the foundation, protective barrier, etc.). He told the person who had arrived before me the same story: the power pole supplier had let him down. He's only "competent" when it comes to collecting money. It all seemed very ominous, and other campers expressed similar impressions in conversations with the neighbors. My conclusion: If you absolutely need a place close to the city center, it's usable for one night. But it was the worst campsite I've ever been to, and I'll certainly never go there again.
