Last September, I bought my first gravel bike from Steve through Bikeleasing – and I couldn't have asked for better advice. After a detailed discussion about my goals, expectations, and physical condition, Steve took plenty of time to find the perfect bike for me. His recommendation was incredibly well-thought-out and tailored to my individual needs. Just a few days later, I was able to pick up the bike, perfectly prepared – with clipless pedals, fresh bar tape, and everything else I needed. Nothing stood in the way of my first ride. As everyone knows, you only really notice if a bike is a perfect fit and properly adjusted after many kilometers. A few minor issues arose with mine as well. However, Steve addressed these immediately and without any fuss. After a remeasurement, for example, he fitted me with a perfectly fitting saddle – and since then, everything has been just right. As a newcomer to gravel riding, I benefited enormously from Steve's many years of experience. Whether it's questions about clothing, shoes, maintenance, or accessories – he always takes the time and advises with palpable passion. His stories about his own tours, races, and cycling holidays are particularly inspiring. Thank you so much, Steve, for welcoming me so warmly into the gravel community. Highly recommended!

I picked up my new bike on Friday and what can I say: I'm absolutely thrilled. Everything went perfectly from ordering to delivery, including a relaxed and easy-to-understand introduction. Steve is fantastic – super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and always with a smile. It feels less like a bike shop and more like visiting good friends who just happen to know their stuff about bikes. This is my second bike from here – and definitely not my last. A heartfelt recommendation! 🚲✨

I can only say good things about the store, but especially about the workshop. I went there with my time trial bike and an annoying leak in one of the rim brakes, for which spare parts are practically impossible to find. Even though I hadn't bought the bike there, but rather used, they accepted it without any problems. Although the whole process took quite a while – due to the defect and the shortage of spare parts, not the workshop's fault – I was always given friendly and regular updates, and I always felt that I would end up with a working bike. In the end, I paid a very fair price and also had some nice chats with other cycling enthusiasts. Many thanks and best regards to Robert and the whole team; without you, I would have spent a lot of money on a time trial bike without brakes.

I visited the store to buy a bicycle for my son. The desired model in the required size was only available once. Since my son wasn't there for a necessary test ride, I asked an employee to reserve the bicycle for about four hours, i.e., until closing time in the evening. The employee refused the reservation, explaining that the bicycle might be purchased by another customer during that time! No further explanation was given when I asked. My opinion: I found this approach extremely inflexible and not very customer-oriented, especially since my intention to buy was clearly indicated and it was a one-of-a-kind item. I believe that a temporary reservation for a purchase decision should be a standard service. Since a test ride wasn't possible without the actual buyer, I left the store without making a purchase. Absolutely disappointing behavior, and the other negative reviews mention similar issues. Therefore... Update: Update on the salesperson's response. Strange. Your response to my review doesn't reflect my actual experience at all!!!! See above...

We're sorry to hear that your visit had this experience and you had to leave without making a purchase.<br><br>We'd like to briefly explain what happened: The bike had already been reserved by phone at the time of your visit, but only on the condition that we could sell it if another customer decided to take it with them immediately. We made this clear to you during our conversation. Since it was the last available bike in that size, we couldn't keep it on hold for hours without knowing if the purchase would actually go through.<br><br>Therefore, we offered to call you again shortly before your arrival to make sure the bike was still available. Unfortunately, it had indeed been sold in the meantime.<br><br>We understand that this was frustrating for you. At the same time, we ask for your understanding that we cannot reserve a specific time slot for a unique item if a binding purchase decision hasn't yet been made.<br><br>If you'd like, we'd be happy to help you find an alternative model or a suitable size.

One of the worst bike shops in the region. The initial consultation regarding bike leasing was good, but this shop leaves much to be desired in terms of service and customer focus. We visited the shop several times after the purchase. I ordered a leased e-bike in the summer. However, due to the "opening stress" of the new store, my order got lost. After it was re-entered, there were delivery problems. After four months, the bike finally arrived, but I received the wrong color. So the process started all over again. Two months later, I finally received the correct bike and a voucher from the then-store manager. In total, the delivery and processing took a full six months. We later wanted to buy another bike, but the voucher was not accepted for the bike purchase by the new store manager, even though this had been previously agreed upon. The voucher was only valid for accessories. The third bike purchase was initiated, but the bike was initially unavailable. I was told they would contact me. A few weeks later, I saw the bike on the retailer's website, and it turned out that it had been available in the store for quite some time. The store never contacted me about this. This year, my annual lease inspection was refused because they were conducting an inventory in two days and didn't have the capacity. However, they would have accepted a defective bike—if I had intentionally caused the damage myself. In summary: The initial consultation was good, but it deteriorated significantly, and the service and customer interactions are disastrous and chaotic.

We'd like to clarify a few points to ensure the process remains understandable for those unfamiliar with the situation.<br><br>Regarding delivery times: Delays in bicycle deliveries – especially leased bikes – are unfortunately not uncommon in the bicycle industry. The stated delivery dates are based on information from the manufacturer, CUBE, over which we, as retailers, have no direct control. If dates change or deliveries are postponed multiple times, we will always update you with the latest information.<br><br>Regarding the voucher: The voucher was explicitly issued for accessories, as clearly stated. It was not intended for use on bicycles.<br><br>Regarding the subsequent bicycle purchase: If a model is initially unavailable, we will inform you as soon as we receive reliable feedback from the manufacturer or the bike has actually arrived. It's unfortunate that you later saw the bike in the store yourself without having been contacted beforehand, but this doesn't change the fact that we only commit to a purchase once we have confirmed availability.<br><br><br>Regarding the voucher: Regarding the lease inspection: At the time in question, our workshop was fully booked and no appointments were available. We can only perform regular inspections by prior appointment. For understandable reasons, urgent repairs are prioritized differently than scheduled maintenance.

I pre-ordered my bike via Click & Collect and everything went smoothly. The service/customer support was also very courteous, honest, and friendly! I'm very happy with the bike and can highly recommend the store for its excellent advice!

I was in the store about Jobrad (a company bike scheme). The sales staff who greeted us were very friendly and helpful. The salesperson, Steve, explained everything about Jobrad and made the process very easy and straightforward. The advice on the bikes was excellent, and CUBE offers great value for money. Overall, a very nice store with a friendly sales team, and we'll definitely be back :-)

Poor assortment of gravel bikes and very little bikes in low or medium price ranges. I was looking for a gravel bike. They only had 3 models and 2 sizes. None were affordable, and my size did not seem to exist. Looked online, and there were many options. As an official Cube store, it was very disappointing. Fahrrad XXL is somewhere you should go if you're looking for a Cube bike. Their assortment is way better in all sizes and price brackets. Service at the Cube store was mediocre, and the salesperson was uninterested.

This store is professional. Quick in response and detailed in explaining. Contacting them was really helpfull, especially kind man Alex. He even sent me photos of luggage carrier to better understand solution for my enquiry - I never had such customer support in my life :-) I feel confident to order online from them.
