I visited the store for the second time today: once for a check-up of my company bike (e-bike), and today for advice regarding a repair. Both times I received excellent advice. The repair and check-up were also top-notch. I disagree with the negative reviews and will definitely bring my bike back.

I had my bike in the workshop; it was a real problem case. The staff gave me excellent advice and found a solution that works well for me. I'd gladly go back.

The guy who works there is incredibly arrogant. I went in for help finding a spare part (I showed him a picture), and when I made a mistake with the part's name, the only thing he could think of to do was tell me I couldn't come into the store asking for something whose name I didn't know, clearly making me feel like I didn't know anything. I feel sorry for the other employees, but he only deserves one star.

Hey, I had my Eride there for repairs and got it back in worse condition than when I arrived...of course, I should have checked it on site, but I was just glad to have my bike back...but then I noticed scratches that weren't there, a crack in the display that wasn't there...or even better, all the parts were still loose on the bike...well, that's not what I call service...sad, sad

Absolutely abysmal service. I spent almost a year trying to buy an e-bike without success. I knew exactly which model and which extras I wanted, but there was no way to get it. All it took was a simple inquiry with the manufacturer and the service to assemble it on-site. After being given the runaround seven times, both in person and on the phone (they supposedly hadn't managed to contact the manufacturer yet), I'm now going to find a different dealer. Furthermore, as a woman, I felt completely ripped off when jokes were made about me right in front of my face. I can only advise everyone to avoid this store!

I went here for an estimate after an accident – the service was incredibly unfriendly and arrogant. Instead of briefly going over the most important defects with me, they simply told me to drop off the bike: "We'll take a look and fix everything perfectly." I trusted them. The result after supposedly two hours of work: they hadn't noticed a large hole in the fork, hadn't checked the bent derailleur hanger, and had overlooked a wobbly front wheel. Now they're even expecting me to come back again specifically for these issues – outrageous, considering I pointed them out from the start and wasn't even given the time to go over the estimate with them. In my opinion, this is unprofessional service and a complete waste of money.

We rented two ebikes from the Ebike Store. The staff was extremely helpful, rates are affordable and the bikes are of top quality. They even helped us to plot out routes. Seeing Leipzig by ebike is the best way to see the city, parks and surroundings. Highly recommended, cant wait to visit again. Thank you gents.
