Great service! The competent on-site staff were able to get the bike "vacation-ready" quickly and easily. After the vacation, we'll be heading there with the next bike. :)

For me, this is one of the most competent bike shops in Leipzig, especially when it comes to e-bikes/pedelecs. I came in with a messed-up SRAM gear system and immediately received competent advice. You can tell the guys are passionate about what they do and the customer is their top priority. I've been here several times now and it's going to be my regular shop. 6/5 stars 👍🏻

From the personal, competent, and friendly advice of all the workshop employees, to the service that goes above and beyond. The shop is wonderfully located, so a test ride in the Leipzig area offers ideal opportunities to test which components might be crucial when buying a bike. All around, with a reliable ease - simple and good - SIMPLY GOOD

A lovely little workshop with rental and sales services. We spontaneously rented three e-bikes and, with some insider tips from the shop, enjoyed two fantastic rides to the south of Leipzig. The rental was straightforward, competent, and friendly. The return was equally as good. Highly recommended without reservation.

After the electronic shifting on my road bike failed 40 km before Leipzig during a tour from southern Germany to Berlin, leaving me only able to ride in the two highest gears, I thankfully found this bike repair shop. After explaining the problem, my bike was on the work stand three minutes later, and the competent mechanic had fixed the fault (presumably a software issue) in no more than two minutes. The whole thing didn't even cost me anything, although a tip for the coffee fund was, of course, appreciated.

Top-notch from start to finish. Scheduling an appointment was seamless. The consultation was always focused on my needs. The service and advice after the purchase were very good. I'm happy to accept a longer commute for this. I highly recommend this dealer.
