Highly recommended; I felt I received excellent professional advice. Since floorball isn't very common in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and there's no equipment for this sport in Rostock's sports shops, online shopping was my only option until now.

The best customer service ever I had since I live in Europe !!! They noticed I made a mistake on my online order and inmediatly contacted me by phone, they couldn‘t reach me and they didn‘t hesitate to send me messages through whatsapp. Not just telling me the mistake and recomending how I could improve my order but being there active in chat and sending me options and having patience ‚‘till I could decide what I finnaly wanted. Same day, they shipped everything to me! Awesome guys! you are doing it great ! keep on going ! Service like that should be everywhere !!! I bet is so good also at the store ! Great service and products! I ordered a few more grips, and since one product wasn't available in the color I chose, I received a quick email asking if I wanted the rest right away and the one later, or if I could have everything delivered later. I replied that I didn't care about the color, and shortly afterward, the package was shipped and arrived two days later. It couldn't have been better, especially since the product and price are unbeatable.

I've been a customer here for years; we've ordered jerseys, sticks, blades, and everything a floorball fan could want. The product range is really good, shipping is always super fast, and I really like the new online shop! Everything is much more clearly laid out than before. A huge compliment goes to the managing director, Peter Dietel, who is very dedicated and really does everything he can to fulfill our wishes!
