On my way home from work, I was stranded in the shop due to a broken chain link. They helped me immediately; the mechanic adjusted the gears and gave me some pointers. After 15 minutes, I was able to continue my journey. In my opinion, excellent service; I'll definitely be back to drop something in the coffee fund 😉

Fast repair, honest advice, and a fair price. In addition to the repair work, they also inflated my tires and replaced damaged valve caps without me even asking, so my bike was ready to ride right away 👍

My gears were broken. Maik explained to me how long it could take if it turned into a bigger issue. But I was lucky; after a remarkable hour, I was able to pick up my bike again. And I have to say, the gears are working perfectly. Thank you so much for the excellent work!

We came here to inflate our tires. We didn't even have to go inside the shop, as there's a self-service automatic air pump outside. The tire was inflated in one second. Great!

I was just about to start a tour when a small problem occurred with my disc brake. I then drove to the workshop, where they helped me quickly. I was also able to ask a few questions right away. I'll definitely come back if I need help. Thanks.

I spontaneously signed my JobRad contract at the trade fair. The consultation was competent, practical, and very friendly, and I was completely convinced. All agreed-upon services were fully implemented. The service for delivering my bike from Leipzig to Dresden was simply outstanding. Schurig Bike Shop – a dealer/workshop where a handshake agreement probably still means something. And for that, it deserves 5 stars!
