Although the owner was on vacation, he quickly fixed a flat tire on our e-bike, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful tour around Leipzig. A super cool and friendly guy!

I highly recommend this bike shop. The owner was very friendly and easy to deal with. The bikes were delivered to the hotel and picked up again the next day. Fantastic service. Highly recommended. The bikes were absolutely top-notch! Thank you!!

😮‍💨🌸 Grumpy repair person repaired my bike extremely fast, surprisingly cheap and also very well (they additionally fixed all kinds of smaller things in the process without charging me for those). Additionally to that I had to reschedule the "getting the bike back" appointment cause of my job and they immediately answered the phone and agreed and were on time for the new time (and a bit less grumpy 🤷 grumpy is fine, too, though xD).

Unfortunately, arrogant... I took my girlfriend's daily "LuckyBike" bicycle (which cost around €400 back then, so that theft wouldn't hurt so much) to the shop because it had a problem, and asked for it to be repaired. I was turned away with the words: "We don't repair former refrigerators or washing machines under €500," without the problem even being looked at. Not a single high-quality bike deserves such arrogance from me.

Absolutely perfect! We were just passing through, and thanks to "Where's My Bike?" we were able to pick it up the next day, perfectly repaired, and continue our tour! Thank you, highly recommended!

After a friendly consultation, I bought a used bicycle. Minor repairs were done. Otherwise, everything is in excellent condition and ready to ride. Tip: You have to walk around the Westwerk complex to find the small shop.
