Very unfriendly. I was there a few days ago with my e-scooter. Yes, it's a bike shop, but I only had a simple question about tire pressure, and they didn't even let me finish. "Hey 🤗, I wanted to ask something about—WE DON'T DO THOSE THINGS HERE, YOU CAN TURN IT RIGHT BACK AND INFLATE IT YOURSELF!" Very, very helpful—not. A simple, friendly "Sorry, we don't deal with e-scooters" would have sufficed. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, it was a complete flop… Background: After a bike crash, I needed to get my broken sprocket and chain replaced. I also wanted a full bike check-up, as the crash was quite hard and I wanted to avoid further damage. One crash was enough. After receiving some rather poor advice (I had to practically drag every bit of information out of the employee), I got a quote. They found a broken rear sprocket and a broken chain. They looked at one of the pedals but deemed it still usable—more on that later. So, the quote: €60 for the check-up, €40 for parts and labor. So far, so good. €60 for the check-up was a reasonable price, but hey, you treat yourself after a crash like that. Overall, the conversation with the employee wasn't very pleasant. His arrogant, know-it-all attitude, because I'm not an expert on all things cycling (which is why I go to a service like this), was, of course, unpleasant. It was like I wasn't welcome. The damage to the bike was really minor and, in principle, super easy to repair. (I could have definitely done it myself, but I just didn't feel like dealing with it and was still preoccupied with my injuries.) I should also mention that it's a simple, standard single-speed bike without any frills. The bad news: After a week, I was able to pick it up. The repair cost €130. Okay... Then I started riding, and after just a few minutes, I heard clicking noises and the brakes were rubbing. I was already annoyed... but since I desperately needed the bike, I didn't go back to complain (and of course, I didn't feel like going back to that guy either), so I adjusted the brakes myself. So it went on for a week or two, with recurring problems with the brakes rubbing and rattling noises. Then I took a closer look and discovered that the rear wheel wasn't mounted properly – no wonder. On top of that, the rear axle nut was completely loose, great. I re-centered the wheel and haven't had any problems since; it doesn't creak or rattle anymore. The pedal, which was actually still in good condition, broke off this morning while I was riding at full speed… -.- So, in conclusion: lol, how can you mess up such a simple task so badly and charge so much money for it? Thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately, the company is very dubious. I dropped off my bike and was quoted a price for the work. When I went to pick it up, I was told that they had simply done more work on my bike without consulting me beforehand, and it now costs about €50 more than agreed. 2 stars because the work that was done was done well.
