I was here back in September. During a visit to Leipzig, my bicycle saddle broke while I was cycling. I received immediate, friendly, and highly competent assistance. The new saddle was quickly installed and perfectly adjusted. Excellent service – highly recommended!

A long overdue review! Grupetto has been supporting me with my JobRad for over a year now. I purchased a high-quality racing bike from Grupetto. The entire process of consulting, selecting, and designing, as well as the final delivery of the bike, went smoothly! I recently had a serious fall off my bike, and Grupetto took care of everything, including dealing with insurance and the JobRad. I'm completely happy with everything and can highly recommend Grupetto on Waldstrasse and Jahnallee!

Very friendly employees. They try to help you in the best way possible. You would not be charged here to tighten just a few nuts and bolts! My past experiences with them have been always great - they don’t try to over sell you for profits and focus on what is best for the customer! I would definitely recommend you to visit them for your bike needs 😊

Really friendly and helpful staff... - all this just before closing time (!), when others would happily kick out any customer who dared to enter the store half an hour before closing time. I had a flat tire on the way home - the question about a new tube and valve type was answered patiently and without stress. I ended up repairing the whole thing myself outside the store, but I could always count on help with questions, and the air pump problem was also solved quickly. Thank you so much for that!

I'm not sure if they're good or not, wasn't really able to evaluate their services. The staff don't really speak English, which is okay for most part but they seemed to struggle with the concept of making things work with a mix of languages and some good will. Maybe we'll go back, but I doubt it. Too bad, we wanted to buy two bikes and a subscription for repairs.
