I have only positive things to report. We needed a quick replacement for our eldest (a handball player) before training camp. One phone call was all it took, and our faulty order was exchanged, and we were able to pick it up from the store the same day – great considering we're from Leipzig. Customer service as it should be. Other parents have the same experience! The prices and selection are really good, and the communication is great – you can reach them by phone, too, and there's no call center, just people who know what they're doing and are on-site! So, I can really recommend indoortrend!

We ordered over 10 jerseys with flocking for our amateur team, and I can highly recommend them. It started with the super friendly customer service and ended with the product arriving 14 days earlier than expected. Simply top-notch! 😁

The prices and communication are absolutely fine. I would gladly order from them again. I would give more stars if they used a different shipping provider. DHL doesn't keep to any delivery dates. The goods arrive in an unacceptable condition, eventually arriving at some point. I expect better from DHL.

Thank you for your review.<br><br>Then the review would be better placed with DHL ;o). In our experience, DHL is currently the most reliable shipping provider. Unfortunately, our experiences with other shipping providers aren't any better.<br><br>Ultimately, we have no influence on their logistics, speed, or reliability.

A good shop overall, prices are reasonable, and shipping was fast. However, the return policy is a major drawback. If you order an item with free shipping, you'll still have to pay the shipping costs if you return it (a gray area with buyer protection). There's an additional €5 fee for return shipping. In other words, if you buy items worth €40, you'll pay 25% (almost €10) of the value of the goods if you return them. This is definitely not proportionate, and it's completely unnecessary for an otherwise good shop to resort to such measures and desperately try to profit from them.

Thank you, but that's incorrect. How did you arrive at your demonstrably false claims? We only charge for return shipping if a customer neither exchanges the item nor purchases anything else, and this is understood by 99% of our customers. You are now publicly claiming (!) that we charge a flat shipping fee AND a €5 handling fee for returns. That's complete nonsense.<br><br>Perhaps you should double-check your claims.

I ordered shoes and, upon request, received a second size. I was then able to return one pair without any problems. Communication was excellent, delivery was incredibly fast, and I'm more than satisfied with the shoes.
