I took my bike to this workshop because my gears weren't working. The bike was picked up within a few days, and they also took care of some additional repairs I hadn't noticed. The price was really reasonable, especially for an apprentice like me with a low income. The employee was also very friendly; you don't need any prior technical knowledge and you receive excellent service. Highly recommended!

I don't know of a better repair shop, and I've experienced several over the decades. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Some jobs are even done for free. Extremely friendly and helpful. Almost everything is done by the next day. 100% recommendable without reservation. Thank you. I'd be happy to come back anytime.

Quick, efficient, and spot on. Five other locations couldn't even ORDER the tire I needed. I called without even visiting, which was nonsense. No problem here!

I'm really very satisfied ☺️ I was able to pick up the bike again after three days and everything is perfect. Finally, someone was able to fix my squeaky brakes. Other large bike shops on Georg-Schumann-Straße couldn't do it after several inspections. I can definitely recommend them.

Thank you so much... For a normal price... Rear wheel rim crack, new spokes tensioned, no matter what brand of bicycle, you accept it where others usually refuse.

Excellent bike repair shop with top-notch advice and fast repairs – I'd use them again anytime! The rear axle on my e-bike was broken, the sprockets were worn out, and my chain needed replacing. I dropped the bike off at the shop on Tuesday evening. On Wednesday, I received a call asking which option I preferred when ordering the replacement parts. By Thursday, I already had a call informing me that my bike was repaired and ready for pickup. It was incredibly fast, I was kept fully informed, and my bike rides like new again! 🚴‍♂️ Thank you so much for the excellent advice, the quick repair, and the unbeatable value for money! 👍

They're both super friendly! I called after a flat tire – since I had to walk the last few kilometers, the owners even waited for me until after closing time! Highly recommended. Fair prices and very fast repairs. My Cube is in good hands at JacoBike :)

I stumbled upon this shop quite by chance. But it's worth it. I usually have my bike maintenance done at a different shop. But there, I got the feeling they were trying to upsell me on a few extra parts. Here, it's the complete opposite. They do good repairs at fair prices. Keep it up!
