The blond boy at the entrance and the other vendor have no ethics. They look at you badly for using a translator to ask if there is another size or in my case that you have to have a document on the chair when I was trying on some shoes. 0 professionalism.

Bad experience. I bought a pair of shoes and the first day I put them on I noticed they were defected. I was not able to walk with them since on the tip of the left shoe there was a bad stitch and at every step my foot was touching it. It was obvious to see they were defected from the outside and was possible to touch the wrong stitch inside. I give them back right away and they only give me the possibility to change them with another pair of shoes, denying the appearance and the fact they were damaged and impossible to wear. They didn’t have the same shoes in the same size, so they told me to buy a bigger size or choose another model. I had to choose another model which I don’t like and was not the pair of shoes I needed but at least they were in my size and not defected. This model was 15€ more expensive so I had also to pay the difference. Was not my fault shoes were defected and I paid 140€ for them. I was only hoping to find some help but they were superficial and mindless. I will not go there back again.

Very bad place! If you are in Leipzig and you want to buy something is not the shop i would advice you to go . The workers are not friendly and there are unprofessional. I command a shoe in that shop few month ago, till today i received no shoe and my money where not given back to me. Is not the place to go for shopping.

So rude cashier woman, no even basic politeness like hello, goodbye. Also, Saw her trying to scum guys in front of us like “sorry our system does not work we can’t refund your money”… Few moments later another cashier just gave them cash…

This store is a joke. My girlfriend chose shoes and a set of tracksuits. She wanted to try on and the girl at the cash register refused her. We came back just to buy shoes then the salesman informed us that we were rude to his friend. He didn’t allow us to explain that it was his friend who behaved arrogantly and unprofessionally. We gave the staff a chance but they didn't deserve it. We have never experienced such rude behavior from the staff. It's enough to just be human. If you want to be a spoiled child with no respect for the customer, don't work there
