I came to LE.Rad through a recommendation. It's a bike shop I chose for a bike fitting because they carry Trek bikes. (My hands tend to go numb sometimes.) What can I say? It was a really cool afternoon. We were able to adjust my handlebars a bit, but I'll still be getting a new set in the future. I really enjoyed our "bike shop talk" during the appointment. That's how I got the chance to test ride the Scope wheels. (Most likely anyone can do that after registering. 😉) After my test ride, I'm pretty sure Santa will be digging deep into his pockets this year. 😅

I'm so glad I discovered LE.rad and now I don't have to drive to the other side of town anymore... And I was pleasantly surprised. The men there are so nice and funny, and they helped me really quickly and competently. It's been a really good experience there! I will definitely recommend it!

My bike stand fell off due to a damaged thread, and even though I dropped by spontaneously without an appointment, they helped me immediately and without any fuss. Instead of trying to sell me a new (and expensive) stand, they professionally reattached my existing, still-functional stand with new screws and nuts – completely free of charge! They also had a friendly chat and gave me honest, expert advice on e-bikes. You can tell right away: Sales aren't their priority here; they're genuinely helpful and passionate about cycling. I've been bringing my bike here for its annual check-up since last year and have always been treated fairly and kindly. The owner was also there and his approachable manner further reinforced the positive impression. A huge thank you to the whole team – keep up the great work! You really make a difference. 🙌🚲

Wow, what fantastic service! I had a problem with the contact pins on my bike computer and was simply looking for someone in the area who could offer some ideas and help. I found LE.Rad over the phone, and they offered to come by without any fuss. I did, and they helped me tremendously, including checking my tires, checking the brakes, and repairing my bike computer, since they luckily had the time. Thanks so much, and keep up the great work!

Very personalized, detailed, and friendly customer service from the owner, even without an appointment. After the test ride and a short period of consideration, I found my dream company bike and am very happy with my Trek Powerfly FS4. I simply love riding it every day. I ❤️ my dirty daily Trek'er 🚜🚵😁

While searching for a new road bike, we received excellent advice at the TREK Pro Concept Store in Leipzig. The existing dimensions and geometry of our old road bike were further optimized. The goal: to prevent numb hands and neck pain. The store is perfectly located, easily accessible, and offers parking. The selection is extensive, including city bikes, e-bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, and children's bikes from brands like Trek, Diamant, Electra, and Bontrager. However, the current situation is making delivery difficult.
