Top Team Repair estimate, and upon pickup, the price even came in below the estimate because a part wasn't needed. My second bike had problems with the gears. The employee looked into the problem, and after a couple of adjustments, everything was running smoothly again! That's what I call perfect service.

I dropped by spontaneously without an appointment because my light wasn't working. The very friendly employee took a look at it immediately and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. It didn't cost me a thing. Fantastic service! I'll definitely come back if I ever have any problems with my bike. :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. The advice was excellent. I wasn't sure what I really wanted, so I was able to try out several bikes, received great advice (not just on the "most expensive" models), and ended up choosing a bike that wasn't available in my size. Everything was quickly arranged to get it to this branch so I could take it home. The staff takes their time, even with undecided customers (like me ;-) ). I'm very happy with my new bike. Thank you so much. I'll definitely be back.

I had a flat rear tire...I was able to come by immediately and pick it up repaired two hours later. On the way home, about 2 kilometers away, I had another flat rear tire. I called the repair shop and explained what had happened. Then I was told to come back and was laughed off. Very poor service Update on my flat tire...I made it to another bike shop and had it repaired...there was a piece of glass in the tire's casing...which the Little John Bikes employees didn't see...and the bill was a third of what I paid at Little John Bikes.

Hello,<br><br>Unfortunately, it's not possible to diagnose the cause of defective hoses remotely. Therefore, in case of a problem, a return visit to our workshop is unfortunately necessary.<br><br>The offer of an inspection, as already suggested over the phone, still stands.<br><br>So please come by again, and we'll work together to find the problem and are sure to find a solution.

I spent two hours in the shop choosing a bike and completing the purchase. During that time, all the staff were consistently friendly and patient (and I'm a demanding customer 🙈). I received excellent advice and am extremely happy with the service and my new bike. In other shops (and I've been to quite a few), the staff seemed rushed and stressed, which I found unpleasant. That's why I would go back to Little John Bikes anytime! Keep up the good work!

I've been a customer of this branch for years and have nothing negative to say. When I bought my bike two years ago, I was advised to choose a larger frame size than the display model. The correct bike was then sourced from a branch almost 80 km away at no extra charge. Recently, I needed some minor repairs and received expert advice without feeling patronized. The employee listened to my needs without trying to sell me unnecessarily expensive solutions. I highly recommend this shop!

Great team, super friendly and helpful. After a bicycle accident (I didn't buy my bike there), I went to this repair shop. The guys listened to my problems, showed me all the damage, and explained everything about the next steps. I've always been greeted warmly on every visit. I'll definitely get my next bike serviced at this shop.

Great service! I've been to you several times with my Cube. Even though you don't sell this brand, I've been helped every time, and I'm truly satisfied! No matter what problem I've come to you with, someone has always been there to help me in no time. Whether it's a flat tire, a flat tire in the rear wheel, a lost screw, new grips, etc. Almost everything is taken care of immediately 👌🏼 And if I have any questions, the team is always there to help and advise me. We have purchased two bikes and a bike trailer (Croozer), including various accessories, from this bike shop since 2015. We have also always had the bikes serviced and repaired here. Here is a selection of our experiences: 1. Bought a new bike - - > when we left, the rear wheel axle was too tight. The reaction from the seller and the mechanic: an annoyed look, rolling their eyes, and groaning. 2. Light broken. Repair cost €10. It still didn't work when we picked it up. Solution at home: simply reinsert the cable connector. 3. Hub gears no longer shift properly. Three repair attempts totaling around €120 were unsuccessful. The gears broke again within a few days (dry weather, less than 100 km). Solution: Repair at another workshop for €25. So far, running without problems (dry weather, > 200 km) 4. Croozer parking brake no longer stops the stroller. Sold new brake rings. To no avail. I took the stroller to the dealer again. The mechanic's estimated repair cost: "It'll be more than €100, I know that problem." Private solution (see photo): Turn the hex bolts until the brake locks properly. Then just tighten the counter. Took me 15 minutes as a layman. Now everything works. I can confirm the condescending attitude of the employees (unfortunately, without exception, including the store manager) every time I visit the store (as mentioned in other reviews). Despite the close proximity to the store (<70 m), I prefer to go to another repair shop 7 km away. I now prefer to do simple things myself, even though I wanted to save time and support this shop instead. I've now also bought my third bike elsewhere. We won't recommend this store to anyone. I'm already looking forward to your standard response.

Absolutely perfect service. The staff are very knowledgeable, and they even repaired my flat tire on the same day for just €20. You'll be seeing more of me from now on, thanks so much for the great work! :) Update October 2018: Here you receive thorough and even spontaneous assistance. The advice is very detailed, and they explain the exact causes of the problems instead of just presenting you with a bill. Absolutely exemplary – for me, the best bike shop and my number one go-to place for anything related to my bike. It's easy to leave a tip here! 🙂👍
