Very friendly employee. Great store. I'm deducting one star because my helmet was cheaper online than in the store. I'm deducting two stars because it's unfortunately not possible to exchange an unused helmet at Lucky Bike. You can do it online... But not in the store. I asked if there was a current discount, and the employee said no. I then bought the helmet on a Tuesday, and it just sat around at home. On Thursday, I found out that I was getting a helmet for my birthday on Saturday and that I should PLEASE exchange the one I bought! So, I decided to return the unused helmet to Lucky Bike on Monday. Unfortunately, the employee told me there was absolutely no chance of exchanging this helmet. I also asked if it was possible to get the online discount, which was approved. And yes, I still haven't used the helmet, and the other one is more comfortable and fits better. And no, I'm not changing this review.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a bicycle in or around Leipzig. A wide selection, many affordable options, and excellent service. The staff were very patient, took the time to adjust everything, let us try out several bikes, and explained the different options. They also served us in English. Thanks again!

After a brief phone call with Mr. Jan G., I received the necessary form by email within a very short time. Furthermore, the bike I wanted, which was located in another shop, was immediately ordered for me. The entire process was absolutely seamless, fast, and customer-oriented. This is what I call good service. A new, completely satisfied customer.

I received very friendly and competent advice at Lucky Bike Leipzig. Jan took plenty of time to answer my questions and recommended the perfect children's bicycle. The purchase was straightforward, the bike was perfectly adjusted and ready to use immediately. Highly recommended!

Very recommended. Special thanks to Schubi for helping me picking the right wheel and pieces for my bike, and changing the wheel himself. Definitely coming back again if I need help with my bike

Absolutely thrilled. My father and I each bought a bike and are truly impressed with the advice, service, and team. My father's bike was reserved for us a few days ago without any problems, so we came back to the shop. The entire team is extremely friendly and competent. We were able to test ride it and ask all our questions. We are simply thrilled with the entire service and can absolutely recommend the purchase. The two bikes were a bit cheaper online, and we got the same price from the online shop without any ifs and buts. Thank you for the great advice—we'll be happy to come back and would always recommend you to others.
