Another huge shout-out to this shop! My problem – a broken spoke and a rim with lateral runout – was fixed to my complete satisfaction within 15 minutes and at a very good price. They also managed to get me a chain guard for my Kalkhoff Agattu bike a while back, after I'd spent ages searching online. Top team, keep up the great work! 👍

Update: Unfortunately, since the move, my rating has dropped from 5 to 1 star. To allow me to take a test ride, the salespeople took the bike for over 15 minutes just to lower the saddle. Before that, we were ignored for ages and just given blank stares. Apparently, the employee said everything had to be readjusted at the saddle? Seriously? Loosening an Allen screw and sliding the saddle down takes 15 seconds. This was the second time I've received such poor service.

Update on August 1, 2022 I bought my Cube Kathmandu 10-speed e-bike six months ago and have ridden about 600 km. Now, the smallest sprockets on my Shimano drivetrain are worn out. As I said, after only 600 km. Lucky Bike refuses to cover this under warranty. Cube is acting similarly. They told me it's normal wear and tear. Then they offered to repair the entire cassette, meaning all 10 sprockets, for about €200 including labor and €125 for a service, totaling €325. Update September 1, 2023 I've now found a workshop in my hometown that replaced just the smallest sprocket and performed a service for a total of €145. So far, I've ridden 1500 km without any further sprocket failures. This is in response to Lucky Bike and Cube for their outrageous claim that the wear and tear is my fault. I'm done with that business, and with Cube. Never again a Cube. I'll tell all my friends and acquaintances the same. My wife has since bought a new e-bike from the local shop. Definitely not a Cube.

I bought my trekking bike with Rohloff from VSF Fahrrad Manufaktur there. The guys there gave me great advice, and I haven't regretted the purchase to this day. The bike is perfect for long tours. They quickly took care of any small things for the coffee shop. Keep it up 👍🏻

Excellent advice and reasonable prices. Material shortages are also affecting the business here. However, the salespeople are making the best of it. Better ventilation would certainly boost sales on hot days.

Excellent advice (especially regarding e-bikes) in what appears at first glance to be a rather small shop. We came from Stadler and were quite disappointed by their lack of expertise. But at LuckyBike, it's a completely different story: the sales staff are not only incredibly friendly and take their time with their customers (we've been here twice today and had tons of questions), they are also extremely knowledgeable and exude competence and enthusiasm. Amazing! A special thank you to Theresa, who more than impressed us with her expertise and charm and truly knows her stuff! We'll definitely be back. We purchased a Cube e-bike.

Absolute Perfect service on our way to Croatia on a cycling trip we had a major thing with some bearings broken, they fixed the problem leaving what they had in their hands. Really a place to recommend.
