Never again!!! Very inflexible! I bought a pair of pants, wore them once, and wanted to exchange them. Unfortunately, there was no way to do so! Lululemon - NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Compared to other locations the selection was pretty small, however it’s not too busy giving you lots of time to browse and try on clothes. The staff was also very nice . Apart from that the quality of leggings here is truly the best!!

I simply cannot understand why some people are deducting a star because of the price. This store is the best I've ever visited. Not because of the selection, but because the staff are just fantastic. Dedicated, friendly, and solution-oriented – I rarely experience anything like it in retail. Hamburg, Munich, and Zurich can't even compare.

I bought a pair of shorts. At home, I noticed a hole in the hem. A return or exchange wasn't possible! They only offered to repair them at a tailor's shop. The repair isn't very good. A subsequent request for a refund (after the failed repair) was met with a very rude and unfriendly refusal from the staff. At this price point, I expected a different level of quality, both in how my complaint was handled and in the service provided by the staff. Definitely not recommended!

The sales assistants were great; they were there without being pushy. I found my new favorite leggings and also bought a new pair of jogging pants for my mom. The price is steep, and I mistakenly assumed there was a discount… what a shame. Otherwise, it was great.

The stiff front door doesn't exactly make getting in easy ;-) More than enough sportswear and accessories; women's clothing on the ground floor; men's clothing on the first floor. The atmosphere on the first floor still has plenty of room for improvement a few months after opening. Very pricey. It's Lulo Lemon, after all...
