Very friendly service. We were on a trip in the Liebertwolkwitz area and our cargo bike battery was flat. The guys at MiMax Bike were immediately helpful and quickly hooked us up so we could ride home without any problems. I don't take that for granted. I didn't get to test anything else, but at first glance, everything seemed very professional and competent. So, thumbs up. 👍

My friend (9th grade) and I spent a few weeks ago at Mimax Bike as part of the "genial sozial" program (a day helping out at a company without going to school 😉). We both pitched in and got a great insight into the workings of a bike shop. It was really exciting! Steffen, the owner, personally looked after us the whole time and taught us practical skills like how to straighten a wheel. He has a wealth of knowledge, and it was interesting to listen to him and talk about all sorts of bike-related topics, especially e-bikes. It was a fantastic day, and if "genial sozial" is offered again next year, we'd love to go back! In short: If you're looking for a bike shop where you can get expert advice, need top-notch service or repairs for your bike, or require help with any e-bike-related issues, Mimax Bike is the place to go 👍. We were at the shop today and, as always, the owner was very friendly. He even came out with me to look at my problem. It was about my worn-out rear tire. He immediately offered to replace it and gave me a loaner bike. We went our separate ways in the meantime, and as promised, everything was ready within an hour! Therefore, I highly recommend them: if you receive excellent service and advice, you'll gladly return. Try it out for yourself, and you won't be disappointed! Absolutely the best staff!

Simply perfect! No run-of-the-mill, mass-produced service here. Always friendly staff and competent in all matters ☺️ Minor repairs or adjustments are taken care of immediately, and for anything more complex, a plan is drawn up ☺️ If you're looking for a family of cyclists to leave your child's bike with, this is the place for you. ✌️

Many thanks to Steffen Schenker and his team! They always make everything possible, whether it's for vintage treasures or brand-new bikes. Excellent advice on the wide selection of accessories and, of course, the huge range of bikes. We always receive a friendly and warm welcome and helpful service. You can tell they enjoy their work. Five stars forever, and I've recommended them many times.

I love this bike shop because they are always competent and friendly. Even in difficult cases, for example, when an e-bike update messed up the components (the Kiox 300 display and motor were no longer recognized), they simply kept trying until it worked again and I could ride. I was very happy about that because the bike wasn't cheap at €4500. After many long hours (5 hours), we finally succeeded, the update worked, and everything is working again. Thank you so much!

Very nice, competent guys. Always helpful, no matter how full the order books are. Small problems are solved immediately. Now we had our bikes there for inspection and repair. Only what was actually broken was made. Nothing invented about it. Great prices, a new driving experience. Thank you very much and gladly again!
