I arrived on Monday around noon with a rented car and two children's bicycles in the trunk, during the opening hours shown on Google. There was a sign on the door stating that bicycles could only be dropped off and picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8:00 and 12:00. On Tuesday morning, I called and no one answered. Around 10:00, no one was there either. What a shame. I had taken time off work to get some things done. So, for anyone who's looking to be a bit time-efficient, I wouldn't recommend this bicycle repair shop.

After several unsuccessful attempts to call, I decided against supporting such projects. Taking a chance, riding across town with a broken bike seemed too risky for me. I'd rather go to the reliable repair shop around the corner.

I was having problems with my bike brakes. After a spontaneous visit to the workshop, my bike was repaired and the brakes replaced in less than two days. A truly fair and quick repair. I will definitely be back.

Great! Competent, friendly, and fair prices too. We've had our second bike repaired there now and are completely satisfied. They usually also sell used, repaired bikes – but you'd probably want to come outside of the cycling season (i.e., during the colder months), because according to their own statements, they're currently fully booked with repair orders, leaving no time to repair additional bikes (understandably).

For me, this is the very best bike repair shop in Leipzig! Young people work here under the expert guidance of Mr. Gosse and fix both small and large problems with bikes in record time. Everyone is incredibly friendly and the prices are more than fair! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Three weeks ago, I dropped off an old Gazelle bike at Fleischergasse because the gears weren't working properly. They told me there were no spare parts available, and that they'd have to replace the entire rear wheel or lace a new hub. I left the bike there anyway, with a small repair permit, so they could at least open the hub and take a look at what was wrong. Since I didn't hear anything for three weeks, I called today and asked if there was any news. They told me I could pick up the bike, but that nothing could be done for the price of the repair permit. Why had it been sitting there for three weeks? It probably would have sat there for another three weeks without anything happening. Unbelievable!

A huge thank you, great job! Excellent work at affordable and fair prices. Friendly staff. And I got my bike back very quickly, and it's now running like a dream (before, everything was completely jammed and I couldn't use it). Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
