I had a bike fit today and I'm absolutely thrilled with the store, especially the staff. Afterwards, I was able to train on the bike upstairs and try out the Tread. I was able to borrow shoes for the Tread. The changing room and shower are well-equipped. Thank you for the great service!

Today, after a prior telephone consultation, I presented myself at the Peloton store in Leipzig with the already established intention of purchasing a bike and, in doing so, supporting the "locals." In the presence of my partner, we were approached at the doorstep by employee A. and the at least pretended manager, who asked us to purchase the bike online. Previously undisputed promises of small benefits were admitted but subsequently revised due to alleged language barriers. Despite our intensive efforts to reach an agreement, we were unable to reach a consensus with the on-site employees. Due to the appalling and dubious demeanor of the staff and my pointless trip to the store despite a telephone consultation, I have now decided not to purchase a single piece of exercise equipment, and especially not a bike, from Peloton. I strongly advise all potential customers not to purchase the products, as the service is, as expected, just as poor as the sales presentation.

Came across this peloton store accidentally while in Leipzig. They were welcoming, provided excellent customer service, answered my questions, and made it easy for me to schedule free daily workouts around a busy schedule. They provided shoes for both bike and thread, a place to securely store my belongings, and a really nice shower that allowed me to quickly get on with my day afterwards. Highly recommended experience (I know that I will definitely be on the lookout for other peloton stores in other cities based on this effortlessly positive experience)!

Great team & great store... Peloton as you know and love it. I was in Leipzig for work and asked if I could do a quick workout. I received a very warm welcome and was given a private room with a Bike+. There are also changing rooms and showers. Simply perfect. Thank you 🙏 to the team at the store... You're great, please keep up the good work!

I went to the store today with my husband for a bike fitting. A really great store, super nice ladies, and excellent advice. Once I got home, I immediately tested my bike with the new settings. My problems have almost disappeared. I think I just need to adjust a few nuances, and then I'll be happy and no longer have pain while riding. Conclusion: I highly recommend the bike fitting. Thanks again🥰

We visited the Leipzig store in October. Melissa advised us there. Since I work in sales myself, I can very well judge the high quality and organization of the team, especially Melissa's, is. They deserve more than 5 stars. If Peloton, then go to Leipzig!

Fabulous! As a peloton bike owner in USA, I came to Leipzig and was able to use one of the 2 bike rooms upstairs at this location to get a work out in while on vacation. What a great way to keep up with my peloton work outs while traveling! Great , helpful staff as well.

I had a bike fitting at the store in Leipzig and Melissa gave me excellent advice. My settings were almost perfect; only a minor adjustment to the handlebars was needed. The team is friendly and answers all questions. Anyone interested in a Peloton has the opportunity to thoroughly test it at the store. I love my Bike+ and wouldn't want to be without it.

Fantastic bike fitting!!! I'll buy my treadmill there too when it's available in Germany! The staff are super friendly and very competent!

I'm really excited about Peloton; it was a really good decision to get the bike. The wide selection of classes is amazing. Even my wife is now a fan of the bike and enjoys riding it. I can't say anything bad about the customer service either; I can always reach someone, and the chat works really well, too. A great brand and a fantastic concept! The people there, in particular, put a lot of effort into it; in our case, Melissa; she really always listens to us. That's how it should be, because I think personal contact is very important!
