Super friendly and competent for road bike service. As a Rose Bikes partner, I've already taken my road bike there for a service, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and competent. The service itself went perfectly. Today I went back to have the crankset replaced, and it was all done in 5 minutes, so I could get back on the road! A huge thank you to the team! I highly recommend them!

Incredible! They have over 20 different brands and manufacturers to test ride. They even have a huge fleet of rental bikes for premium models. The staff takes their time to advise you and addresses your needs professionally. A workshop for all types of bikes is open to everyone. You can't get a better bike shop than this. Top! 👍

The concept and philosophy of Rad 3 in Leipzig are absolutely appealing. Their spacious showroom in Eutritzsch is a dream and offers the perfect selection for a relaxed introduction to cargo bikes. Especially given the current traffic situation, a cargo bike, or a "pack mule for the kids," is the ideal solution for more exercise and valuable leisure time. Anyone looking for sustainable mobility in Leipzig should definitely stop by for a test ride!

A great shop for cargo bikes. We went there because of our new e-bike, which arrived with a defective adjustable saddle. They repaired it quickly, with a short wait and excellent, friendly service. We are completely satisfied. Thanks again!

We received fantastic advice on cargo bikes! Without any time pressure, we were able to thoroughly test ride all the interesting models. All the advantages and disadvantages were explained, regardless of the specific model, and our needs were perfectly understood. The location itself, with its spacious layout and huge selection, is definitely worth a visit! Although we didn't ultimately buy a bike, we continued to have excellent contact afterwards. Highly recommended.

Everything is just right here: the advice is friendly, competent, and honest, and the entire team – Susan, Sirko, Matthias, and everyone else – always takes the time to find the perfect solution for every cargo bike-related issue. The wide selection of high-quality cargo bikes that Rad3 carries is particularly impressive. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced rider, everyone can find the right model here. On top of that, the workshop is fast, reliable, and highly knowledgeable. You can tell that the people working here don't just sell cargo bikes, they love them themselves.

I went to get our cargo bike repaired. Because it was urgent, I was able to get an appointment quickly, and our bike was repaired in an hour. All the staff were friendly. I'm very grateful and satisfied with the service. This will be our new go-to repair shop. Thank you so much!

Here, customer service is truly valued and even emphasized! I've been there at least five or six times for advice. Each time, they took the time to answer my questions (even the silly ones!) and provided expert advice. When I finally decided on a bike, they immediately assembled it to my specifications, and I was able to take it home right away. My sincere thanks to the sales team, the workshop staff, and especially Sirko. I'll definitely be back!

Our old cargo bike gave up the ghost last week – and Rad3 helped us immediately! Susann's support on the phone was super friendly, competent, and straightforward. We were able to take delivery of a new cargo bike within a week. You can tell that the team cares deeply about their customers, finds individual solutions, and resolves any problems very accommodatingly. Highly recommended!

Hello everyone, About four weeks ago, we purchased an Urban Arrow Family Cargo Line, including accessories and bicycle insurance, from alteos through your website. We first visited your store for a comprehensive consultation and test ride. We felt very comfortable there. The customer service was also excellent. For example, any issues were communicated openly and resolved pragmatically. These things happen. All in all: we highly recommend you! Unfortunately, we can't have the maintenance/service done at your in-house workshop because we don't live in Leipzig, but I'm sure it would be top-notch. Sunny greetings from Chemnitz, Vincent
