Excellent service! I had a broken spoke on my cycling trip. After several attempts at other workshops, I tried rad3. The staff were very helpful and competent, so I was finally able to get the help I needed.

Rad3 – in addition to the first-class advice I received when I bought it five years ago, it's my competent contact for inspections and maintenance. The guys are friendly, competent, fast, and the prices are reasonable. My cargo bike is my company car. And from a business perspective, I'm also extremely satisfied with the support from my company car repair shop. It couldn't be better if I were driving a star-rated car.

"rad3 UG" is now repairing regular bikes again, not just cargo bikes. Along with the front wheel repair, they also oiled it, adjusted the brakes, and changed the taillight. Great, thanks!

Unfortunately, sometimes a tire gets a flat. When I called the garage once, the friendly Nico offered to help me. He hopped on his cargo bike and repaired my flat tire right there. Many thanks!

I took my mule there for its inspection. Everything went perfectly, from booking the appointment to dropping it off and picking it up. They even accommodated my special requests. Excellent!

Help even with my gravel bike! Fantastic! I was actually only there for a tire change, as I needed help with my tubeless tire. While I was there, they discovered a crack in the rim. Great eye! So I ordered a new wheel privately and then immediately called Rad3 again. They then transferred the cassette and brake rotor from the old wheel to the new one and installed it for me in a very friendly manner. Thank you! Great service. Unlike other trendy workshops, you feel really well taken care of here and can ask questions without feeling like you're being looked at askance.

We booked two bikes by phone and received confirmation by email. As agreed, the handover took place on time and with very detailed explanations. We were able to arrange the return in a very customer-friendly manner during the conversation. We were very impressed. We'll be back!
