Very mean place to foreigners unfortunately. Even tho you have a student card as an erasmus student... Idk why... these guys that work there should rather help than show themselves as a xenophobic people... Never coming back again. BTW There is other self help shop just few minutes away from this one ☝️

If you aren’t german, don’t go here. The men were horrible to me as a foreigner.

Owner's response

Wonderful lil bike coop. Staff is knolegable and very helpful. Like all coops they sell a small amount of accessories, but if you wanted, you could go in and work on your stuff for free and leave without paying a cent. Places like these are why I moved here.

Very annoyed personnel that in typical German manner is all about rules. They didn't seem like they wanted me there at all.

Excelent to get your bike fixed or adjusted for a low price and still learn how to do it yourself. Call for Frank, he's the best!

I loved the idea of a self-service workshop, and when I had a broken axis, I came here. I asked the guy what could I do now, and he told me I have to leave the bike on the rack, and he will come and help me. I waited for at least a half an hour, and he didn't came, he just had a discussion with another colleague. During this, I took the tires off,and after some more waiting, he came and brought a new axis, which was not good, and he told I have to buy a brand new tire. After that he didn't want to give my broken one back to me when I said I'd rather look online for an axis. He didn't even help assembling my bike, which I had to do myself. I understand that this is a self-service shop, but for god's sake, there are at least 5 people working here at the same time, and they are for helping customers. Too bad, because it could be a good place.
