I was there on February 14th for a consultation: a new and first gravel bike via bike leasing. I had two ideas in mind (Bianchi Arcadex and Cevélo Aspéro), and Joy took plenty of time for excellent advice and recommendations. Her suggestion of a custom bike from Rothai was a lucky find, and that's the bike I ended up getting, based on the Blackheart Gravel AL frame. Even afterward, the communication for coordinating pickup, minor issues, and questions, whether by phone or in person, was always friendly and professional, and I feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks to the team, and especially to Joy, André, and Dirk.

Amazing! I received excellent advice, especially as a woman who is ambitious but doesn't aspire to be a world champion. My needs, requirements, and questions were all addressed. The team took their time and were incredibly motivated to find the perfect bike for me. Highly recommended!

Hi everyone, I was really happy with the workshop and the bike fitting. That's why I decided to buy my road bike from Rothai and not get a second quote. Unfortunately, my joy was briefly dampened. Initially, I received a quote (€5400) above the usual market price (€4800). This made me a little uneasy, but it was clarified after I contacted them. After purchasing the road bike (for €4800), I then noticed that I had been sold a road bike from December 2023 as a 2025 model. I had first received a quote for the 2024 model year, which was then changed to 2025. Despite several inquiries, I unfortunately received no comprehensible explanation or justification. This is really disappointing and has eroded my trust in the store. What I personally find particularly unfortunate is that we share the same sport and the same passion. Therefore, it's all the more important to treat each other fairly and transparently. I will keep the bike, but unfortunately I will no longer have my workshop or future racing bike purchases done there.

Absolutely fantastic! I desperately needed a new sprocket after a crash – it wasn't available, neither online nor from the manufacturer. On a recommendation, I went to ROTHAÍ Bikestore and wasn't disappointed. They had the exact part in stock from a disassembled bike and sold it to me, even though they themselves are now waiting for it to be available. Incredibly fair, incredibly helpful. While searching for a road bike, I landed at ROTHAÍ and was thrilled (and still am). The staff were very friendly, took plenty of time to measure me, gave me detailed and competent advice, and prepared several bikes for a test ride, during which they also checked my riding position (including minor adjustments). You could tell that all the employees knew what they were talking about and weren't just repeating catalog text. The contrast to the experiences I had at larger chain stores couldn't have been greater. From now on, this is THE bike repair shop for me and an absolute recommendation for anyone looking for a new road bike or gravel bike. Thank you so much for that.

Seriously a great bike shop with well knowledgeable staff. Also the service is top notch! I drove from Potsdam to get my bike and absolutely worth it. You need a bike, go to Rothai Bikestore.

They couldn't be more helpful if they tried! I had a bike fit with Enrico which was fantastic and since then I've been back with other questions and they've bent over backwards to help. I can't recommend this bike shop enough - it's a reason to shop local! 😊
