I can only echo the comments here; I've also had some truly awful experiences at OTHER workshops, where I would have much preferred to do it myself. However, here I've only had positive experiences so far: very competent and thorough advice, problem-solving, and great care. The consultation and evaluation were always very customer-oriented, and I always left the shop with a healthy bike and in a good mood. I was always informed about the costs beforehand (which are really very reasonable for the outstanding service) and contacted in advance of any potential changes. All in all, this shop is more than just highly recommended. 👍 Edited: only additions added

Fantastic bike shop. They repair bikes quickly and affordably. You can tell the staff really enjoy their work, unlike at other big chains. I've been here several times and will definitely be back. The friendly atmosphere is the icing on the cake! 👍

It's been a while; I had my bike in the shop for a minor check-up at the beginning of the year. I received a really friendly welcome at the shop, and the service was good and quick.

Very friendly staff and super fast service. I've had many bad experiences with other bike shops. The friendliness of the employees there often leaves a lot to be desired, and you feel like you're being treated condescendingly. At SEB Fahrradwerkstatt, customers are treated as equals, and the employees are simply super friendly and helpful. I really felt very well looked after here and would be happy to come back anytime. I highly recommend this bike shop.

I dropped off my bike in a dilapidated condition on Monday, and I was able to pick it up in perfect condition on Wednesday. At a well-known repair shop, I would have had to wait until mid-December. Thank you for getting it sorted so quickly.

Very friendly and fast service. I was able to bring my bike in directly, the problem was quickly identified and fixed within a very short time, so I could take my bike with me again after 20 minutes. The price for each step/part was always agreed upon beforehand and was very fair. I will gladly go there again if I ever have another problem with my bike 😊 The bike now rides better than ever!

We brought two bikes in for servicing and one for sale. One of the bikes hadn't been serviced in over 20 years, so a few parts needed replacing. This wasn't overdone and was done very well, so I now have a fantastic bike again and can get from A to B quickly. We were completely satisfied with the service and the process. Card payment was also no problem. Excellent!
