I concur with all of the positive reviews. Though the proprietor speaks little English he went out of his way to help me. He was most patient. I found his prices to be quite reasonable. Indeed, his sale prices on convertible pants were incredible. If you’re reading this near the time of my visit and you’re a large man (XXL) or wear a medium or smaller some nice lightweight, packable pants can be had for as little as €10!! Yes, ten!

Excellent selection and friendly service, nothing pushy at all, quite the opposite. I ended up here more or less by chance, partly because I was dissatisfied with another place and partly because I'm in the area occasionally. I'd seen a few YouTube videos about how difficult it is to do a good ski service (waxing, edge sharpening, base repair) and what all needs to be considered, and I'm impressed by the work they do, especially considering they offer it here at a fair price. It feels much more like being at home here than walking into a huge chain store. I think it's great that smaller shops like this still exist, and we should support them. They can find solutions here that other shops can't, and you get an honest opinion. I'll definitely be a regular customer.

This is one of my favorite outdoor shops that I have been to. Normally when you support local businesses it comes at a price but the prices at Sherpa Mountain Sports are great. Plus the owner is both friendly and helpful. This is my goto shop for buying climbing, camping and hiking gear.
