An owner-operated sporting goods store – where do you still find those? In Leipzig, on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße! A fantastic shop with a wide selection and unbeatable advice. It's truly refreshing when things are explained competently and with passion, even for beginners. A visit is definitely worthwhile.

I ordered 20 soccer balls for children's club sports after Chat GPT showed me the best offer here at the Leipzig sports store. I waited about seven business days, but that was due to the ball bag not being available. I called the store briefly about it and must say that the contact was very friendly and courteous. I would shop here again!

Excellent sports shop with first-class service! I would especially like to highlight the friendly and competent service. The team was extremely helpful and took plenty of time to assist me in selecting the right equipment. They patiently answered my questions and gave me valuable tips that went beyond the usual advice. Various items ordered on September 20, 2024. After four weeks, we still haven't received the goods. The seller is not responding by phone or email. We are now paying via PayPal and hoping for buyer protection. We are filing a report with consumer protection.

Dear Mr. Neumann, we did indeed speak on the phone. In our local shop in Leipzig, there are regular times when the phone rings but we are in the middle of a customer consultation. Unfortunately, we cannot answer the phone simultaneously. We sent the goods to you via DHL. Unfortunately, in this case, the delivery time was long. You received a full refund immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Unlike some outstanding customer invoices, which unfortunately sometimes have to be collected through debt collection, we have no outstanding refund claims for returned items. You can only "hope for buyer protection" with an online order from the Far East or from some shady Eastern European dealer. Our shop is located right in the heart of Leipzig, and we strive to process all orders as efficiently as possible. I brought a T-shirt directly to the shop for printing, and it was ready within a few hours. The print was as agreed and perfect. The shop owner is very friendly, and the shop itself is very well-organized and clearly laid out.
