A level of service that has sadly become rare. I received quick and excellent help. You can really feel the effort they make to help the customer, and they're proactive in thinking of things. I'm thrilled and wish it were like this everywhere.

The genuinely friendly and helpful staff told me to go ahead and inflate the tire to 4 bar. 300 meters further on, the new inner tube burst, and the shop was already closed. I'm quite sad and disappointed.

Good morning,<br><br>Our recommendations are based on the information printed on the tire. In this case, it's a minimum of 4 bar and a maximum of 6 bar. Unfortunately, we have no control over whether there's a defect in the inner tube, if it's pinched, or if something is stuck in the tire casing, as we didn't install it. I came here from the west side of the city because of the good reputation and the positive reviews. My bike was repaired quickly and at a fair price. The owner and staff were super friendly and seemed extremely competent. I can only agree with the positive reviews here. Thank you for the quick help and returning my bike.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the service at this shop! I had a sudden accident with my bike and was greeted promptly and incredibly warmly. The team helped me immediately after the minor mishap, without any long wait, and got my bike back on the road. Such dedicated and customer-focused service is rare. A super friendly, helpful, and competent bike shop. I've had to bring two bikes here for repairs, both of which I bought from a large retailer. Appointments are pretty easy to get, and after that, you don't have to worry about your bike. The prices are very fair, too. Guys, go here if you live in the area anyway. Support your local bike shop!

A short-notice appointment. Much more work needed to be done than I had announced. Everything was discussed without any complications. The need was carefully considered. My bike was picked up just a few days later, exactly as agreed. The bill was significantly lower than I had expected. A more than fair price for a perfect job. My bike now rides so well, it's as if I had the wind at my back. I would be happy to come back anytime and I absolutely recommend it.

I recently dropped off two bicycles for inspection and repair. Everything was completed within two days, and I'm very happy with the result! The price was also excellent. I highly recommend them.
